CNBC silencing criticism of Obama?

Via The Right Scoop, a moment where the business news network appears to earn its Obama Seal of Approval as a White House-approved news organization. Actually, this is rather mild, considering; the host of the show could have told her analyst that he had ceased being a real business reporter. Unfortunately, when discussing the impact of the Pay Czar on Wall Street, one cannot divorce politics from business, since Barack Obama (and to be fair, George Bush) married them so closely over the last twelve months:

If pundits and critics weren’t watching CNBC, would they even have an audience?

You’ll see this type of journalism on every news show, even Fox, within a year.

And probably cut-tos of offending critics being hauled out of the station by Obama’s National Police as a warning to all citizens.

This is where the cliche the scary truth applies.

Yo, homeys; Ignore Obama’s meddling in the United States economy; It only effects the World economy! We don’t care about no other economy, you know?

Criticize the Prez and you loose your funding, get labeled as racist, and have the main-stream-government-owned-media attack and investigate you and your family.

To ignore the political climate surrounding stock investments is crazy.

They practice the art of Obamu.

“To Obamu”. The act of ignoring inconvenient facts or realities, and proceeding with blind optimism.

As much as the censorship of this supposedly “transparent” administration or their MSM cronies bothers me, this CNBC clip doesn’t actually seem like censorship. It’s a business program and the guest author keeps wanting to talk politics. The producers and anchors of the show probably didn’t actually read his book and weren’t expecting him to go into a political discussion, even as much as it is relevant in today’s market economics. So, it’s a poorly executed interview, but not because of censorship, but because the anchor(s) keep interrupting the guest and probably because they weren’t familiar enough with the guests material. I know it looks like censorship at this particular time, but anchors also have a job to keep the guests on topic.

Still, “Chaz” seemed to have some interesting stuff and I’d like to hear more from him on a better run program. These guys were amateurs (which is probably why they seemed like they are in the tank for the Amateur in Chief).
