Heh, not just State revenue, the IRS as well. By the time these guys file their exemptions, they’d be classified as below the poverty line and the gubmint will give them money for child credit etc. What a CHUMP.

Can’t be too many, but as I’m sure Patterson agrees; every little bit would help at this point. Although, now that I say that, I seem to remember a gleeful Patterson wishing a ‘don’t let the door hit you’ to Limbaugh, on his way out of the state.

I don’t know how many of you folks get to upstate, but it is like a 3rd world country up here. Empty storefronts, run down houses, small farms are barely keeping their heads above water and corporate farms are not always the best neighbors. The train between Syracuse and Albany delivers some of the most depressing scenery ever and is an eye opener to anyone who remembers a thriving Empire State.

I say cut the salaries and perks of Congressional leaders until they earn it using the same rules imposed upon W.S.

Well, Paterson was overjoyed at the thought of losing Limbaugh’s tax money. Why wouldn’t he be overjoyed at losing other rich folks’ tax money, too?

Patterson has changed his mind on that tax hike I recall reading. That was after hundreds to thousands of other multimillionaires joined Limbaugh in leaving New York causing tax collections amongst the group to collapse. I’ll give him a little credit since he did learn from his mistake, which pus him above about 95% or so of other liberals.

Interesting article… basicly says the whole pay Czar thing if probably not legal.. but they won’t fight it because of politics and bad press…

Isn’t that called Blackmail?

They should learn a valuable lesson from this, but I’m sure they won’t.

i seem to remember thinking that hard work and initiative were individual choics that would come back to reward or haunt us, depending on how hard we worked.

I may be in left field here but I think at least one of the big banks paid back their TARP plus interest and are covered by this clawback.
