Doing a quick google search of the Islamic Foundation, there appears to be a number of them in North America and within the US. Wouldn’t surprise me if they are all related.

It’s kind of a generic name, so I wouldn’t necessarily assume they’re all related — any more than I would assume a “Jewish Foundation” or a “Christian Foundation” would be related, across national boundaries.

It’s the Ghadafi’s son Seif datum that set my blinkers flashing…
