Fourth-grader to Obama: Why do people hate you?

posted at 5:53 pm on October 15, 2009 by Allahpundit
Share on Facebook | printer-friendly

This makes twice now in two months that a child’s stood up during a Q&A with The One to ask why people are being so mean to him or his policies. The last time it happened, the questioner’s mother turned out to be a state organizer for his campaign, but it’s foolish to assume that these kids are all plants. Since the beginning of the summer, you’ve had the DNC describing ObamaCare protesters as “angry mobs,” the Senate majority leader calling them “evil-mongers,” and a variety of lesser Democrats referring to them as racists and even terrorists, and of course the media’s happy to help them carry the message forward. Pound away at a narrative that diligently and it’s bound to penetrate the consciousness of a few news-watching young kids. In fact, it’d be fascinating for comparison purposes to know how many times Bush was asked a question like this. There was plenty of hate directed at him too, but that was the “good” kind of hate so kids might not have processed it as something worth fretting about. Any Lexis-Nexis users want to query this one and see?

In The One’s defense, most people don’t hate him. They just hate him more than Hillary. Click the image to watch.

Says the monkey at the end of the organ grinders chain…the monkey gets free food, clothing, housing, and all he has to do is dance when the organ grinder tells him too…much like a liberal.
All you guys do is ape what the white house does, you are just a bunch of monkeys at the end of the liberals leash….
and you never answered the challenge by your president to you…
Did you ever get out of your pajamas and become useful?
Your president has you liberal bloggers pegged…

right2bright on October 15, 2009 at 8:06 PM

You mean like Ken Gladney? The black conservative who was stomped and called a n*gger by Obama-supporting SEIU union thugs on the same day Obama exhorted them to “punch back twice as hard” this summer?

Good Lt on October 15, 2009 at 8:05 PM

Believe it or not…charges have not been filed against the union thugs who beat this man by the DA yet.

Baxter Greene on October 15, 2009 at 8:09 PM

Okay Stonekrab, I’ll believe whatever you say instead of my lying eyes. I was not “race baiting,” by the way. I did not mention race in my post of 7:44PM. I was simply describing the Liar-in-Chief’s disingenuous manner. However I should be used to by now, how any criticism of Dear Leader will result in ad hominems of “race baiting.”

I hate it when politicians pander, although they all do. And that’s what Ozero was doing, pandering. Blatantly. Pandering. Deal. With. It.

Kalapana on October 15, 2009 at 8:09 PM

I could tell the boy why I hate Obama, but I can’t speak for everybody else.

PS, Simlesimon, your TOTUS is a epic fail as CINC. He has done two things right since he took over. They both involved leaving things in place that George Bush implemented.

hawkdriver on October 15, 2009 at 8:42 PM

The little boy should have asked Obama these three questions:

“Mr. Obama, why do you hate the American people?”

“Mr. Obama, why do you hate the U.S. Constitution?”

“Mr. Obama, why do you hate little babies and enjoy seeing them murdered in abortion clinics?”

Now those are three questions every man, woman and child in America should ask Obama.

McBride on October 15, 2009 at 8:46 PM

What went unreported was the follow-up question that the little tyke had for the President:

“Mr. President, if I see or hear someone saying bad things about you who can I call to tell on them?”

I was doing a spring summer fall cleaning project in the house, and ran across my old high school copy of Nineteen Eighty Four. It’s on my nightstand now as the next in line of books to read (in this case re-read).

There is no excuse for EVER giving the benefit of the doubt to these monsterse anymore, Allah. I’m glad you weren’t sucked by Anita Dunn, but on this one you should maybe reserve judgment, but lean in the direction of a plant.

Anyway, here’s how Obama really wanted to answer the question of why people hate him:

“Well, uh, young man… you know…. uh…. let me be clear…. it’s because I’m an evil marxist who has spent his entire life (even in the White House) surrounded by communists, terrorists, and other radicals, and I’m hellbent on destroying.. uh…. I mean, ‘fundamentally transforming’ this country.”

Hey kid,

Those people who hate President Obama are full of hate and evil in their hearts, that’s why they hate Obama.

Norman Blizter on October 15, 2009 at 7:31 PM

Not being a religious person I don’t always equate hate with evil. For instance, if a man raped my daughter I would hate the raping beast, plain and simple. There would be not one passing thought of forgiveness, not one concern for his immortal soul–ever. Maybe that’s evil in your world, but who gives a sh!t?

It takes neither a psychoanalyst nor a psychic to figure out that you’re a world class hater yourself. By your own definition, Norman, you are evil.

I’m waiting for the ACLU to issue a scathing rebuke, denouncing Obambi’s statement “That’s what I’m talking about!” as a presidential endorsement of this child’s (professed) religious belief.

But all I hear is the chirping of crickets.

Guess they’re too busy gearing up for all those nativity scene lawsuits, in preparation for the holidays, to bother with this one little incident.

Obambi’s “endorsement” can be attacked from a different angle – as the latest presidential lie – since his true religious belief comes from Reverend “G-D America” Wright.

jimmy2shoes on October 15, 2009 at 11:03 PM

Gee, do you think this was staged?
A little 4th Grader, Tyren Scott, from Paulina, Louisiana asked the president at a townhall event,
“Why do people hate you?”
Tyren, a fourth-grader at Paulina Elementary School, came to the town hall with his mother Lisa, who had requested tickets from Rep. Charlie Melancon’s office; Melancon had passed the request on to the White House, which granted the Scotts two tickets.

By the way… A Lisa Scott in Louisiana received $5000 of federal assistance from Rep. Charlie Melancon in the past.

Of course the kid was a plant. Who’s crusty, cruel heart wouldn’t melt at the sight of a big, do-nothing, Nobel Winning, Marxist, Narcissist hugging a cute little 4th grader in the middle of Katrina/Rita torn New Orleans? Well come to think of it maybe that would be me. I don’t believe anything I see or hear these days coming from any mouth piece in government–especially those with law degrees. (Sorry lawyers. I’m just tired of the constant lobbying.) It’s theatre and not very good theatre at that.

Driefromseattle on October 16, 2009 at 1:15 AM

Yeah. Right. Screw playing on the monkey bars, playing kickball, riding skateboards, and watching cartoons. Little 9-year old kids wanna write diary’s at DailyKos, update their resume’s for future job interviews at ACORN, watch Kieth Olbermann and Wolf Blitzer, and attend Michael Moore movie premiers.

Get real!

What a crock of bull excrement. As if we’re to actually believe that 4th graders are so keenly aware of political events and political attitudes, and this kid specifically is so sharp and discerning that his political self-awareness, in 4th grade, would move the little tyke to ask the President of the United States something like that… off the cuff. Despite the fact that we are spoon fed just the opposite and the vast majority of the inhabitants of the entire world, much less the USA alone, just loooves Barack Hussein Obama if you’re to believe what our in-the-tank major media outlets professes to be so and spews endlessly day and night.

The saddest part is that there are vast numbers of people out there who will truly belive that was legitimate and just a sad sad sign of how horrible and spiteful those subhuman people are who oppose Barack Hussein Obama’s policies and agenda’s.

Disgusting.

And to top it all off, that narcissistic psycho douche nozzle, Charles Johnson, is copying and pasting comments from this blog and posting them on his blog. As if he’s the Queen Bee and his obediant drone’s are the Blog Police or some near crazy thing bordering on insanity, or OCD, or both. Then he is all but daring AllahPundit to submit to his (CJ’s) whims when it comes to comments. He even points out that many of the commentors are ‘former’ LGF commentors. Former because they dared not walk lock-step with him and his drones and/or posted an opinion that opposed his royal megalomaniacal highness… and got banninated.

Crazy stuff. Literally, crazy.

SilverStar830 on October 16, 2009 at 1:28 AM

Why do people hate kids who like Obama? That’s more interesting question.

Bleeds Blue on October 15, 2009 at 6:36 PM

No, that’s not a question at all. But it is exactly what trolls try to do: change the subject.

The question most people have is whether this is genuine or not on the kid’s part. For a 4th-grader, probably not. He’s a plant, because some partisan adult saw a chance to play on his innocence to make people who criticize Obama look mean and vicious.

Exactly like you’re doing here. It’s a contemptible thing to do, and, by extension, you’re a contemptible human being for doing it.

Troll lesson over.

elderberry on October 16, 2009 at 11:33 AM

..Well, kid, but there are people out there that use meaningless superficial traits, like skin color, something that has no bearing whatsoever on your humanity or worth, to create common ground that is only skin deep. Theses people create a machine where you rally behind someone that may not be anything like you, but you put all that aside because you have been taught that you have to support people based on the skin-deep meaningless trait. When people look past the superficial and assess the character and policy of another human being, the same shallow machine quickly invokes the meaningless trait to paint concerned americans as haters and create a “moral” imperative to support someone for nothing more than a superficial trait. Only 5 out of your 23,000 genes determine skin color. Race only accounts for 0.02% of your humanness. Instead of transcending race and seeing all men as equal, and subject to equal scrutiny, as well as equal rights and status, people manipulate these meaningless differences to take away your individuality and form a homogenous culture for political gain.

America is a country based on the worth and value of the individual, and those who would seek to paint masses with a broad brush have forgotten the great and wonderful truth that so many patriots have died for. Grouping people into masses, demographics, and “communities” are nothing more than elites seeking to create a security of identity that is bought with the price of forfeiting your individuality.

I have not seen that on ours or any highschool reading list that I can still recall. I would assume that if it were, there would be a lot of liberals who would see the threat and whine. Question from a fourth grader at a tea party rally – Mr. President, why don’t people like your policies?

yoda on October 17, 2009 at 8:59 AM

awww. He’s not God honey. I’m sorry to tell you.
SO take your loaded question back home to momy and daddy who voted for the socialist clown.

Yea; We know Obama’s bunch wouldn’t stoop so low as to plant this kid; But his worshippers do!

Cybergeezer on October 17, 2009 at 10:22 AM

Why did people hate Bush? You didn’t see the republican party planting small children to ask stupid questions like this. People hate his COMMUNIST BELIEFS, not his person.

Childish policies. Childish worshippers.

Of every age.

“It’s all Bush’s fault, kid. Somehow.”

The clip reminds me why I so dislike ‘Townhalls’. I still have Elizabeth Dole phobia after all these years because of her Townhalls

“Townhalls” are places where politicians have the mic and the audience is seeded with every type of clacker and fake ‘average American’ or ’suffering American’ who has a disease/and or/ tragedy that can only be solved by the very legislation the politician is trying to promote

Next to “Townhalls” I hate the ‘average American from xxxx’ quotes used in political speeches to let me know that whatever my opinion, I will be ignored in favor of the ‘average American from xxxx’ who needs to have some government program as soon as possible or they will perish
ex:
Politician: Let me take a question from the lady in back, the one with the crutches and one eyeball missing. Ma’am what is your question?
Implant: I cannot get my other eyeball as long as there is no tax on durable medical equipment. For years I have hoped someone would tax that equipment. Why do people hate you just because you are black?

Politician: Let me tell you about John Slade from Massachussetts, a carpenter with one kidney and two dogs. He wrote me last week, just before the vote to tax durable medical equipment, to tell me he needed dialysis but could not pay for it unless we taxed the kidney machines into cooperation. Now he can sleep nights knowing the machines are going to pay their fair share of taxes like everyone else. With good folk like John caring so much the tax is sure to come. Thank you John.

“Obama, why do people hate you? Is it because you’re a slimy, lying, baby-murdering, Marxist, scumbag, Chicago thug? Or are they just racists?”

Daggett on October 18, 2009 at 1:27 PM

No, kid, Obama is love. Your mama didn’t coach you enough.
