Studied? He actually taught law–constitutional law no less, at the University of Chicago Law School. (Maybe he used that classic text by S. Alinsky, Constitutional Law for Radicals, Cases and Materials.)

Men of character and integrity don’t get upset when they occassionally have to answer “I don’t know”. It takes a big man to admit any limitation.

But my guess is the ideologues are going to ignore that little tidbit of information and claim even in the run-up to Election Day that the vote is illegitimate,
