McCain admantly opposes ObamaCare, so much so that the New York Times is accusing him of “throwing bombs.” In fact, McCain during the 2008 campaign had the most conservative, free market oriented approach to health care of all the candidates. Insofar as I know, Graham likewise does not support ObamaCare.

McCain opposes this year’s cap and trade bill. I thought Graham would do the same, but that is his mistake.

McCain has withdrawn his support for the 2007 immigration bill, saying law enforcement must come first and that the current problem with immigration stems from the failure to enforce the law enforcement provisions in the Reagan-era immigration law. Graham has kept talking about immigration reform, which again is his mistake. Law enforcement must come first.

I don’t agree that immigration reform, cap and trade and ObamaCare by themselves define a socialist, although health care is an important indicator. But on health care, neither McCain nor Graham can be faulted.

You complain that while McCain and Graham are putting the brakes on the Democrats by voting against deficit spending bills, they are allowing the Democrats “to steer.” That is not a fair criticism. The Democrats have the White House with a headstrong radical in Obama as President, and the Democrats have commanding majorities in Congress with hard core lefties in Pelosi and Reid as Majority Leaders. The Democrats are able “to steer” no matter what McCain, Graham, you, my military sons and me say.

Fiscal conservatives don’t support the fiscal catastrophe of cap-and-trade.

He’s a RINO, all right, in supporting that non-reality-based liberal wet dream of a boondoggle.

This business of calling pro-military, pro-life fiscal conservatives “RINOs” and asking about switching parties is just nonsense.

If said person supports amnesty for illegals, crap and tax, and obamunist care that defines said person as a socialist, never mind a RINO. Conservative values in all things, not just when they are convenient.

Somebody pointed out that you have to read the whole bill to find out if its a good bill..but you don’t have to read the whole bill to accurately conclude that its a bad bill.

Actually you have to read the whole thing and connect the dots. One must use their reading comprehension and analytical thinking skills a little and of course the bull dip detector is useful too.

I haven’t read the senate bill yet, it doesnt exist. But when it does I will.

And that is doubly so as to McCain, who not only voted against Sotomayer, is opposing this year’s cap and trade bill and has backed off so-called immigration reform, but also voted against all of Obama’s bailout bills, all of Obama’s deficit spending bills, and many of Obama Adminsitration nominees (Geithner, Sibellius, Kagam, Koh) and has been a voice of responsibility concerning foreign policy.

Unless each of them votes against EVERY bill raising taxes, short of funding a war, then they are neither conservatives or Republicans. McCain and Graham are contributing to the country down the road to socialism by putting their brakes on, but leaving the Dhimmicrats to steer. They do nothing to help the situation by claiming their fellow conservatives are angry white men who are out of touch with American values. They have netrayed conservatives far too many times to have earned our trust or support. If they cannot recognize what tools they are, then they are both stupid as a box of rocks.

The more they open their mouths to tell us we are being unreasonably angry to be taxed to death and interfered with by our government, the more they support deadly socialism of the Dhimmicratic party.

Lindsey Graham is not up for election until 2014.

Jim Demint is up for election in 2010, and needs to retain his seat.

Unfortunately Graham is safe for 5 more years. He was reelected in 2008.
