Video: Beck sets up special hotline for White House to whine about Fox News

posted at 7:44 pm on October 13, 2009 by Allahpundit

An easy joke but a good one, and richly, richly deserved.

I’m told that our favorite liberal went off on the crybabies in Anita Dunn’s office for a good half-hour in the “Strategy Room” this afternoon, but alas, there’s no video on FNC’s site. If anyone happened to capture the web feed, let me know.

I enjoy a Becks with my Beck.

As far as his interview with Sheriff Joe, Joe is not exactly a lily white (is that raaaaacist?) model of decorum in his operations. He has sent detectives after bloggers critical of him. Here is one link critical of his hamhandedness.

We need Lee Atwater. I miss him.

Anybody think that after Ailes’ meeting with Axelrod, Roger gave Glenn the biggest blank check evah?

Sapwolf on October 14, 2009 at 2:15 AM

Kirsten Powers is actually a really good commentator. Maybe so good that she always comes across sounding reasonable on issues that are wrong. But even if you don’t agree with her, you can’t say she is a wing nut like so many others on the extreme left. Hey, maybe that’s it, she’s left, just not WAY left. And maybe most of America is neither far right or far left, but people have been saying that a long time. It’s just nice to catch someone on the news or in the world of talk shows that isn’t so dogmatic the they’re disruptive.

You can correct the mistakes as they happen… too funny!

Every major newspaper and television station is the unofficial propaganda wing of the White House; spewing a one-sided Obama-view on everything. But yet the White House is deathly afraid and paranoid of a single television station, a few radio shows and several blogs.

The White House is in a growing panic; they know their “hope and change” charade does not hold up under the even the dimmest light of the truth or dissent. This is a fragile government just one failure away from total collapse in the mythology of the One.

A link to a site that whines about about the only law enforcement officer actually doing his job?
They should make the Sheriff A.G.

I liked his Dr. Evil fingers when he said “Smear Campaign”

What do you think of that Mr Powers?

Does anyone have a link to the photo of Obamao holding a phone upside down?

Most immature Adminstration evah.

kingsjester on October 14, 2009 at 8:46 AM

AP, Excellent headline.

Blacksmith8 on October 14, 2009 at 8:53 AM

Beck is so far inside the White House’s OODA loop that it’s about as fair as Godzilla v. Bambi.

OhioCoastie on October 13, 2009 at 7:59 PM

I was thinking more like T-Rex vs. the sheep on a leash from Jurassic Park.

Who’s up for marketing a purple tee shirt that says “Make the Call”? I’d buy a few.

Choose_Freedom on October 14, 2009 at 11:59 AM

If I were in charge of Fox, I would put that phone right on the desk of all the Fox shows: Fox & Friends, Cavuto, Beck, Baier, Shep, O’Reilly , Hannity, Greta, etc. and every 10 minutes have the host of the show say “No call yet!”.

JohnBG on October 14, 2009 at 1:09 PM

I LUV BECK (not like that). He truly is kicking these pansy marxists in the raisins and I love it!

ReaganConservative3 on October 14, 2009 at 1:37 PM

The man is a genius!

Plus if any of the Obama crew has any guts, they know that the moment they call they go live on national television… with the one man who can ask questions to trip up and script they have worked out, because no one can talk coherently in a contemporaneous fashion. Glenn Beck can think on his feet. Anita Dunn can ramble on while standing. Nothing could ever go wrong with that…

ajacksonian on October 14, 2009 at 1:49 PM

Beck is STILL waiting for that phone call….and waiting….and waiting…..c’mon White House, disprove ANYTHING Beck has said, still waiting…..and waiting……

Nope, Wolfie Blitzkreig did touch this with a 10 foot pole, maybe he’s off trying on new jackboots or something.
