The internet is alive with the sound of people analyzing the CBO's "scoring" of the Max Baucus aka Senate Finance Committee Health Care Bill. Before everyone gets too deeply into their thoughts, please keep in mind the following (get ready, all CAPS, bold, indented signifies a really important concept):

This thread is about Pawlenty and 1/4 of the posts are about Palin. Why do the anti-palin crowd have to drag Palin into every post?

Can't the anti-palin crowd make your arguments without involving Palin?

We've been over this before. Hot Air isn't "anti-Palin." AP is cautious about Palin. A "Palin-agnostic" I believe was the phrase. You can hunt back and find the threads upon threads of this discussion.

See, it’s already happening……breaking Reagan’s rule because the clear front runner is Palin.

Actually, calling her an Anointed One is criticizing her if that's what some people want to do. Real examples of the commanment breaking can be read further upthread (flat out attacks on Pawlenty). I'm more concerned with a corollary on this rule... by anointing her the de facto nominee without discussion or a primary campaign, you are de facto criticizing the other Republican hopefuls.

Would we even be discussing this boring peep here if Ed was a resident of any state other than MN? Just askin’

A little bit, cause he's gonna be in the running.....but you've never hear anything negative, like "his political career is over" bullshit.

Ooookay. Good luck with that. And here I was thinking that a primary campaign would be good to let the people actually pick our candidate. Little did I know we already have an Anointed One…

Bring it!

You've OBVIOUSLY never seen Palin debate! Now she beat Biden handily, but was having to take direction from Johnny Mac's brain trust.

Go look at some of her past debates against other Republicans! WOW!

A strong primary challenge will be the best thing ever for the 'Cuda, it will further separate her from the pack of losers the GOP establishment will sling against the wall hoping one will stick!

But my point was, and I'll make it again, we have 2012 covered. We MUST concentrate on 2010, or 2012 won't even matter.

With very few exceptions no one currently in the House should have a job to return to after the November elections.

Same goes for the open Senate Seats.

One doesn't have to pull their shoes off to count the ones worth keeping!

THAT'S they big picture.

Sarah will take care of 2012.

You mean like those open primaries when democrats get to pick the republican candidate!
BTW, I saw the fraud firsthand at the TX caucuses. I used to be a dem.

Ooookay. Good luck with that. And here I was thinking that a primary campaign would be good to let the people actually pick our candidate. Little did I know we already have an Anointed One…

You mean like those open primaries when democrats get to pick the republican candidate!
BTW, I saw the fraud firsthand at the TX caucuses. I used to be a dem.

We have our nominee for 2012, and we all know who she is.

So true, whether they want to admit it or not! She is the best chance and only hope we have!

This guy is as exciting as watching paint dry!

I LOVE Ronald Reagan, LOVE HIM, but screw the 11th Commandment!

We can NOT afford to allow another Big Government "progressive" Republican to get within a million miles of the Oval Office, period.

This guy didn't even get involved when Al Franken and ACORN stole the election from Norm Coleman. I mean how hard would THAT have been to take a stand on.

No, no, no, NO!

I rather see all out war in the party, and a hostile takeover by CONSERVATIVES than any more milquetoast, moderate, go-along-to-get-along, limp you know what losers that put you to sleep!

We have our nominee for 2012, and we all know who she is.

It's time to stop worrying about 2012, that's in good hands. Let's concentrate on 2010 and flushing out the sewer that is Congress!

Pawlenty winning in 2012 is about as likely as Haley Barbour, and Barbour is cunning.
