Palin responds to Steve Schmidt: Just wait for the book, chump
posted at 6:47 pm on October 2, 2009 by Allahpundit
Dude, it’s going to be epic. Epic.
A spokeswoman for the former Alaska governor said Palin is holding her fire until her new book is released next month.
“The governor will write about all of this in her book,” Palin spokeswoman Meg Stapleton said in an e-mail, referring to the internal fighting that marred the final weeks of McCain’s president bid. “There will be plenty of time to talk about it then.”
I’m downright giddy at the prospect of high traffic and abundant content from November 17 until … forever. Maybe we’ll set up a little Hot Air book club, where I’ll periodically express my treasonous RINOish doubts about some of the things she says in there so that you guys can enjoy catharsis by telling me what a horrifying candy-ass I am. Two million hits a day or bust, baby. Meanwhile, Todd Palin’s finally upped and quit his job as a production operator for an oil company, which could be due either to (a) boredom and/or a desire to earn more in another profession, or (b) the fact that his family bank account will likely hit eight digits before Christmas. Enjoy retirement, Mr. P!

All I have to do is look both here and abroad and see the types that are deathly afraid of Sarah and know therefore that she is indeed the best choice for President.
She is the person who will bring back pride in being American, respect amongst the other nations, including our enemies. The mere fact that she won’t be interested in their ‘feelings’ is more than enough for them to keep sending their hidden wire transfers to the DNC.

I think Todd probably quit his job because come January, the Sarahcuda “Straight
TalkShooter” Express is gonna to start rolling across this country like a massive freight train. Somebody’s gotta look after those kids. ;)NoLeftTurn on October 3, 2009 at 4:44 AM
Don’t turn your back on The ‘Cuda, Allah.

Thank you AP. After a long and somewhat dreary day, this post has made me smile. Cheers!!!!

Yes! I have my copy on order, go Sarah GO!!
gdonovan on October 3, 2009 at 6:18 AM
Since every one else has their “dream ticket”
Sarah Palin President
Liz Cheney or Rick Perry or Michelle Bachmann (in order of preference) Vice President
John Bolton Secretary of State
David Petraeus Secretary Of Defense
Rudy Giuliani Attorney General
Steve Forbes Secretary of Treasury
Duncan Hunter Homeland Security Secretary
Does anyone else but me think if Sarah could actually announce that cabinet the day she says she would run for POTUS that it would be all over for the rest of the candidates, including Barry Soetoro?
I know her and Rudy are in touch, she’s coming to Texas to campaign for Perry, and she was once the state chair for Forbes for POTUS!
Exit question, Megyn Kelly for communications director?

How about “White House spokesperson”? It would be awesome watching her crush the idiot questions coming from the drive-by’s.

Same here. Only one book, not a bulk order as the Fringe Media uses to discredit the sales.

Amen. The MSM will pee all over themselves in attempts to tell us how stupid she and we are. What “they” don’t get is that we prefer downright honesty to great speech cadence and perfect campaign symbolism and slogans.

Interesting juxtaposition … sort of like pretty ugly, deafening silence or President Obama.
oooooppppps ….

I don’t think you’re horrifying, AP.

How about Newt Gingrich as Secretary to the Department of Education and his mission would be do sunset this bureacracy and replace all federal funding with school vouchers and work towards school choice/vouchers for all kids in the USA?
Who would be a good Secretary of Health and Human Services? We need someone who wants to continue the welfare to work effort.
Also, Commerce Secretary?
Department of the Interior?
Agriculture Secretary? Whoever that would be, it would be someone to get that water turned back on in California!!

Did I miss something on Newt? For months he was included in presidential speculation and suddenly in the last 2 weeks he disappears from the radar. Did he make an announcement that he was not running? I was not aware of that.

That would be epic, but don’t forget to invite Allahpundit.

Thought about Megyn as Press Secretary, she would take those nimrods in the WH press corps down quite a few notches!!
I loved Tony Snow, that man was pure class, but Megyn would set a new standard.
gary4205 on October 3, 2009 at 3:27 PM
I can hardly wait to read the new book from the 45th POTUS, Sarah Palin.

I agree with Rush that the libs, bloggers and MSM are telling us they are very afraid of Sarah. They don’t attack any other Republican in this manner. Sarah needs to run and win the country back from the loonies that are ruining it now.
Wills on October 4, 2009 at 9:25 AM
I just pre-ordered the book on Amazon.
Now how do I get her to autograph it?
