I don’t understand why anyone would be shocked that a politician had some fawning groupie/aid willing to do “anything” for their hero. Especially a Democratic politician. – the Kennedys and Clinton spring to mind. And weren’t there some “rumors” re behavior by Obama that would have required supporters to cover up?

To encourage you to read the whole sordid piece, I’ve bolded just a few of the many ways in which author Ben Smith none-too-subtly suggests that there was something … amiss somehow about Young’s hero worship of Edwards.

Why would anybody in their right senses want to do that? Seriously. As far as being public figure Edwards is toast what he and Young do is really their own business.

Hunter was hired to film Edwards – it is completely believable that they carried that into the bedroom. They are certainly dumb enough…

Andrew Young said he found the tape when he was cleaning out his garage which was filled with Hunter’s things. It was in a box, left behind with other items of hers.
