Listening to the interview, the rhetoric that struck me is that Ms. Bertha Lewis proudly claims that 90% of her staff is black/brown, nothing about Caucasian. Also, counting the number of times that such leaders say I, me, mine, and especially my people/staff really tells one alot about the person. I keep reminding people that tell me that use terms such as “my people” do this or do that and “they work” for me is bigot/racist or other terminology that indicates that they still believe in slavery and the benefits derived from it.

I thought that ACORN was a community group to help ALL people. Now the CEO says that ACORN is a black brown group.
Simly because i doubted myself I viewed the video again. I will correct myself Lewis said that ACORN is a 99% black brown group.

It is truly sad that a corrupt org. such as acorn can be brought low by a couple of young people, when in fact the U.S. congress should have acted months even years ago.

ACORN is totally corrrupt.

I am an admitted bigot. I hate everyone, until I get to know them. Now, it’s your turn, think about my statement carefully.

However in reality, my first impression about this person presenting them-self to me as Bertha Lewis, is Ms. Lewis undergoing chemo, is her hair style a part of a culture I am not familiar, or designed to bait me into a discussion she can turn into a racial issue.

The first two impressions would lead me to learn a bit more about the person Bertha Lewis. However, if her goal is to bait me she will find that to me my time is precious and as such I have no intention to continue the encounter.

Therefore, Ms. Lewis is the racist. Wearing her hair and fashion in a manner that stirs curiosity into seeking more information about Ms. Lewis, the person. But, it also allows her to make the claim that those she encounters are racist if they question her hairstyle and fashion.

The sting had everything to do with proving that ACORN employees were engaged in advising how to DEFRAUD the IRS, and then in another case HOW TO traffic TEEN PROSTITUTION. I watched this live last night (my time, Bangkok) and she came out with some real howlers in addition to what’s in this short clip. I’ll watch the replay this afternoon. One that stuck in my memory was her claim that the conservative kids “got violent” when they were “ejected” from some ACORN office(s). I was disappointed that there wasn’t a conservative caller who strongly made the case against her. Not many callers got through because she droned on and on taking a long time to get to any of her “points”.

When she mentioned James’ earlier punking of Planned Parenthood, she told how he wanted to make a donation specifically for the abortion of black children because he thought “there were too many of them.” She totally forgot to mention that the PP officers had told him, “of course you can do that, we can target your donation just like that.”
