I hadn’t really paid that much attention to the CNN types since the news was so fun to follow on Fox but it really does make one wonder what they are going to say if this really does, as it looks to be doing, build into a scandle they can’t ignore. What fun.

I can’t imagine that the NYTimes or the WaPo, had they done this story, would have called their investigative reporters “activists.” This is the sort of thing that 60 Minutes used to excel in, but their producers and on-air talent are considered journalists. Apparently, they think that freedom of the press is more inherently respectable than mere freedom of speech. In the days of the internet, however, the two are merging, and they won’t be able to cling to the distinction.

The thing that amuses me in all this is the fact that in no story written by the MSM do they ever acknowledge that the cover story pitched by the “conservative activists” is that they just want to set up a whorehouse staffed by illegal immigrant children.

Hmm, can’t imagine why that little fact is not fit to print…

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. There have been numerous studies done on the media that Baker never had a hand in, and all of them show the media to have a liberal bias.

Even the Leftist Pew organization has confirmed that. Several of their recent studies have been very damning.

In 2004, a PEW study reported:

It found that a majority of American journalists say they are liberals.

So this is the actually journalists saying this, not someone claiming they’re liberal.

And the newest PEW study, which just came out Monday, had one very interesting result: more Democrats had a favorable opinion of Fox News than an unfavorable one. Nearly 50% of Democrats in fact viewed Fox favorably.
