Senator Mike Johanns (R-NE) introduced an amendment to the HUD and Transportation appropriation bill to strip ACORN of all federal funding. The Senate passed the Johann's amendment 83-7. Here's a list of the "DIRTY 7" who voted against cutting funds to ACORN's Child-Whoring Pimp Assitance Program. Dick Durbin (D-IL) Roland Burris (D-IL) Robert Casey (D-PA) Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) Patrick Leahy (D-VT) Bernie Sanders (I-VT) Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) These 3 PIGS voted no, then chickened out & CHANGED THEIR VOTES: Tom Udall (D-NM), Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), and Herb Kohl (D-WI).

I think FNC & O’Keefe are smart enough to have all this info copied to disk before they began their well-timed roll-out of these videos. Although Obama’s machine has been known to make it’s pages disappear without a trace- even from the WayBack Machine. Now that’s what you call a thorough & deliberate scrubbing.

From “sources” I understand they are trying to get a restraining order against O’Keefe.
Claiming that the tapes are “edited” and fraudulent…thus should not be shown until reviewed by a judge.
They are trying to get this court order, while removing information off their websites that show that the services the O’Keefe went in for is not common to all offices.
What they have to do is find a judge that is liberal, federal, no ties to ACORN, not in a “target” city. San Fran may be the best bet, the 9th circuit.
