It must be revamped as an honest organization with intense oversight.

Will you people stop responding to this a$$hole???
It’s not even black, dammit!
This site and format is the one that I truly love.
Stop making it so tedious.

Lanceman on September 11, 2009 at 10:36 PM

LOL. Of course Afrolib’s not black. It may be AnninCA, or AP, or any number of people who post here under various names. I guess someday someone will write a book on blog traffic.

Afrolib, I’ll ask again with respect to funding…

Do you think the ends justify the means here? That you approve of funding criminal activity? On what grounds?

PrincipledPilgrim on September 11, 2009 at 10:52 PM

What criminal activity? A few a$$wipes said something horrible on camera and you extrapolate that across the whole organization?

Hear, hear! But, not just The Precedent. Every despicable Congress-critter and Senator from the left needs to be grilled on why they have been supporting the ACORN criminal enterprise, in the face of all their illegal actions. Every dem must be pasted to this group, as they kept trying to inject funding for ACORN into the strangest places, like TARP and the Porkulus. The Blue Dogs need to be confronted squarely and forced to go on the record about their despicable association with ACORN and the marxists in the administration. They need to be asked if they love Castro and Che and Chavez like their fellow travelers in the House.

ACORN is a plantation, and they are enslaving whole communities. It’s a dang shame so many people died for emancipation, only to have a shady organization keep black communities down by encouraging prostitution and sex slavery. ColorOfChange.org today confirmed that six new companies whose ads aired recently during Fox News Channel’s Glenn Beck program have pledged to not to run ads on the show going forward. The additions — Aegon, Ashley Furniture, Humana, Luxottica Retail (retail parent of LensCrafters and Pearle Vision), United States Postal Service and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare — bring the number of companies boycotting Glenn Beck to 62. ColorofChange.org launched its campaign against Beck last month after the Fox News Channel host called President Obama a “racist” who “has a deep-seated hatred for white people” during an appearance on Fox & Friends.

Keep talking Becky. Keep talking

Their criminal facilitation and consultation and conspiracy with child sex slavery rings is entirely consistent with their principles. So far, there have been 4 members at two locations taped giving advice to enable and facilitate a CHILD SEX SLAVERY RING. I would say that’s fairly indicative of their corporate culture.

If these were the only two incidents taped (and we’ll have to keep watching to see if there are more) – we know that two locations are totally okay with it, going so far as to give advice on how to avoid getting caught and how to launder money from CHILD SEX SLAVERY to a congressional campaign.

I would contrast this to when Glenn Beck had ACORN’s scummy spokesman Scott Levinson on and compared ACORN’s voter fraud personnel to the Burger King employee washing in the sink. Both are egregious violations of company policy… yet at BK, it’s a one-time incident. At ACORN, it’s 30 guilty pleas, 400,000 cases, 50 arrests… and now 4 members at 2 offices supporting CHILD SEX SLAVERY.

That’s indicative of what’s permissable and what’s accepted and what’s embraced. It’s a criminal organization.

Of course, if you’re the exploiter, I’m sure you’re having fun enslaving El Sal children for sex and telling them how you’re busy “helping minorities”.

Select Comfort and Snapple became famous because they paid the retail ad rate on Rush Limbaugh’s program. Within the next year, 25% of all computer users will use Carbonite thanks to Rush and Beck.

The show isn’t losing money. The show doesn’t cost that much to make because they own all the means of production. Meanwhile, their ratings are overwhelmingly higher than any other network. They are in the lead by a huge margin. Hence, pretty much any show they have will be profitable. If one advertiser leaves, there are 50 waiting in line to take their place.

Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 11:02 PM

Hey, afro-moron, try this litany on for size:

On Thursday night, the two employees were fired. But legal experts say their next stop could be a courtroom.

Though no tax forms were filed and the child prostitutes didn’t exist, at least one ACORN official engaged in “numerous acts of criminal facilitation,” said Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News senior judicial analyst.

“Criminal facilitation occurs whenever a person encourages, enables, entices, or explains to another how to commit crimes with the real purpose of helping that person to commit those crimes” — a violation the ACORN employee “committed in full,” he said.

Napolitano said the worker could also face charges for criminal conspiracy, though each charge would require a heavier burden to prove: a so-called “act of furtherance” — a concrete move that makes the conspiracy active.

Napolitano outlined eight crimes the ACORN worker could potentially have committed that could bring a total sentence of 24 years in prison, including criminal facilitation and conspiracy to:

(a) commit prostitution

(b) operate a prostitution ring

(c) file false documents with taxing and other government authorities

(d) file false documents with a bank [also known as bank fraud]

(e) violate numerous immigration laws

(f) transport children into the U.S. for immoral purposes

(g) transport women into the U.S. for immoral purposes [also known as violating the Mann Act]

(h) impair the welfare of minors.

That enough for you or would you like to read more?

Good point, but it’s also a good sounding board to realize just how insane collectivist/liberal arguments are. When someone is defending an organization willing to engage in child sex slavery, it’s a way to remember what raving, vile lunatics they are.

Mind you, there are liberals who’d oppose child sex slavery. They’re called classic liberals… that is – conservatives and libertarians.

Modern liberals/progressives/collectivists seem to be just fine with slavery and misogyny in the Middle East – it’s no surprise they want to be Super Adventure Club members, too.

HeroesforGhosts on September 11, 2009 at 11:14 PM

Can we really trust the fact that Acorn won’t be involved in the Census? I can’t believe that Rahm Emanuel will allow the census to go on without the fixes he had planned. This group isn’t about being fair this group is about consolidating power and they are making up the rules as they go along. ACORN doesn’t care about communities it cares about votes for politicians and power.

oh, guess I missed it. I don’t think this particular Mr. Lib will be here long either. I suspect she will be pulled for further training.

JiangxiDad on September 11, 2009 at 11:14 PM

Or realize that he/she is defending an organization that’s been demonstrated concretely on two occasions (possibly more over the coming weeks) to be perfectly willing to engage in and support CHILD SEX SLAVERY… and perhaps come around.

David Mamet was a brain-dead liberal, too. It didn’t take raping 13-15 year old El Sal girls smuggled in to a whorehouse to convince him, but I’m sure he’s amazed at the depths that progressives/liberals/collectivists have sunk to now.

CPL 310 on September 11, 2009 at 11:17 PM

When the shooting war between the Left and Right finally happens it will be a wipeout. Find your hidey hole now Afrolib. If you think we Conservatives will willingly be enslaved to the federal government you are gravely mistaken.

I have an idea to solve at least two of our problems. We can oust all of the current members of the MSM… INSTALL the illegal aliens since they apparently like to do the job that… AMERICANS WON’T DO… Then we can put them on the msm company insurance plans and VOILA… at least two problems solved…

Come to DC tomorrow and see who is driving the ‘cons’ bus. It aint the politicians running this thing anymore. We who are paying the bus fare for the ‘disenfranchised’ are in the drivers seat now.
This bus is OUT OF SERVICE. This is a tax revolt. We will see who is afraid of who when we stop signing their paychecks.

Thanks for posting this. I’m a brownie and I totally agree with the good black preacher. I’ve said the same thing on this site and have been called a troll for pointing out the obvious. The great hope for America is the white Christian. Their numbers can’t be matched.

White America, I pray for your awakening. We blacks and brown’s are way too indoctrinated with Marxist doctrine, we’ve been sold the hope of government and most of us believe it.

God bless

Riiiiiight.

April 15, 2009 was the date of the largest number of tea parties, with demonstrations reported to be occurring in more than 750 cities.[30] Estimates of numbers of protesters varied by location and source. The Christian Science Monitor has reported on the difficulties of calculating a cumulative turnout and said some estimates state that over half a million Americans participated in the protests.[31] Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, estimated that at least 268,000 attended in over 200 cities.[32] Statistician Nate Silver, manager of fivethirtyeight.com, has stated that the largest protests were in capitals and large cities while many others had little or no reliable media coverage and were thus not included in his estimate. He reported cumulative crowd size from credible sources to be an estimated 311,460 for 346 cities and on April 16, 2009 stated “essentially all major cities and state capitals should now be accounted for.”[33] The largest event, in Atlanta, Georgia, drew an estimated 7,000[34] to 15,000 people.[33][35]

Wiki. I’m not linking to it though.

disenfranchised every election.

Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 10:48 PM

Im being disenfranchised every election because your side is against the voter ID requirement, and groups like ACORN,hand in hand with the democrat party, allow and encourage voter fraud, illegal immigrants voting, and double/triple/quadruple voting. My one legal vote is probably stomped out 100 times. So screw your babycakes whining about disenfranchised voting.Pass Voter ID requirements Now!

theTarCzar on September 11, 2009 at 11:12 PM

We had a dem congressman demand ID’s from the crowd during a town hall. He’s also the very same congressman who said that asking people for ID at the voting booth was wrong.

When I signed on for my new job, I was required–by federal law mind you–to show photo id and proof of citizenship.

ACORN has ADMITTED to sending out 400,000 fraudulent registrations. 30 have admitted in court that they were guilty of this.

Unless you enforce the law saying that only US citizens can vote, then the law is not of force. It might as well not be on the books.

What leg do you have to stand on Afrolib? Tell me that. What is your justification for your agruement? I’ve given you mine.

I ask you, exactly how is the republican party or conservatives in general disenfranchising blacks or other minorities?

If they’re legal or illegal immigrants they’re not allowed to vote mind you…

John the Libertarian on September 11, 2009 at 11:22 PM

How anyone could really think this is a just a few bad actors is beyond me. Let’s gets the wheels turning just a little bit here. Did you see how comfortable they were with handling it? They didn’t even worry about if the other would be on board with something like this either, they just understood. They didn’t speak in hushed tones. They didn’t speak in code.

Systemically, this thing is obviously structured to allow exactly the type of things that went on there. That doesn’t mean every ACORN rep would go to such great lengths, but it isn’t going to be the organization that will be stopping them.

I know. This is no joke. When I first heard the story, as a father of two young girls, I felt like vomiting, and then killing them. This is a game-changer for Acorn,as far as I can see. It’s an organization associated with liberal African-Americans, and it happily promoted sexual SLAVERY. What more is there to say?

JiangxiDad on September 11, 2009 at 11:23 PM

So a few bad eggs among the thousands of very good ones rear their ugly heads and you want to condemn the whole organization for it? Geez.

Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 10:54 PM

Awww, you’re back. Did you get banned for some reason? Poor baby.

I can’t believe you’re still defending a organization like this. Maybe you work for them.

What would it take for you to stop? A video of them firebombing a church or a synagogue? Hmm, probably not.

It just struck me that it’s 8 years after Sept 11th and there are people in this country willing to defend smuggling in 13-15 year old girls from another country who don’t speak a word of english to become sex slaves.

What a vile cretin.

No wonder Hugo Chavez and Ortega’s propaganda book was received by Obama so gratefully. He’s surrounded by progressives/liberals/collectivists like Afrolib who actually do support the kind of villainy that Chavez and Ortega accuse the US of. And it’s the f*cking liberals/progressives doing it.

Y’know – Afrolib – you should come down to the southern border and try saying that sh*t. If you live far away, go do a Home Depot and tell the day laborers you support smuggling their sisters and daughters into being whores. Tell them how good ACORN is for them. And wear running shoes.

Or maybe you’re finally coming around to the fact that the left wing is a thousand times more vile than the accusations you make against everyone else – that your accusations are projection, and the reason you’re so callous and heartless is that you’re surrounded by villains.

You have two ears and one mouth for a reason.
