Y’all don’t really expect news outlets to report news, do y’all ?

Make up news, of course.

But actually report facts for the good of our nation ?

Riiiiiiiiiiight.

ColorOfChange.org today confirmed that six new companies whose ads aired recently during Fox News Channel’s Glenn Beck program have pledged to not to run ads on the show going forward. The additions — Aegon, Ashley Furniture, Humana, Luxottica Retail (retail parent of LensCrafters and Pearle Vision), United States Postal Service and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare — bring the number of companies boycotting Glenn Beck to 62. ColorofChange.org launched its campaign against Beck last month after the Fox News Channel host called President Obama a “racist” who “has a deep-seated hatred for white people” during an appearance on Fox & Friends.

Even as advertisers drop out (if your list is to be believed) ratings go up.

Networks tend to notice this.

More ratings = more buzz = more victories for the conservative movement.

How’s that negro pushback coming?

AfroLib plays the Race Card. Well, it’s all you got.

Aegon, Ashley Furniture, Humana, Luxottica Retail (retail parent of LensCrafters and Pearle Vision), United States Postal Service and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare

Dude, with Beck’s ratings, there will be ten companies just begging to take the place of those guys.

BigAlSouth on September 11, 2009 at 10:31 PM

It shouldn’t even be up for debate anymore whether Glenn Beck is good for our cause. He’s great for us, and he’s right there on the front lines on everything that is getting uncovered. His style is a little weird, yeah, but who the heck cares.

stldave on September 11, 2009 at 10:31 PM

The MSM won’t talk about ACORN because then they’d be dragged into explaining the idiot messiah’s lie about $840,000 paid for “lighting” (or whatever the particular lie was) to an ACORN affiliate for the get-out-the-vote (and commit as much fraud as you are able) work. That one little bit, by itself, made Watergate look like kid’s play. If they had to start looking at the totally illegal campaign financing through anonymous credit card donations on his web site (that we all know about, personally and directly) then the fraud is enough to warrant an immediate impeachment. The MSM can’t be dragged into that …

On the bright side, at least the MSM didn’t run tons of pro-ACORN stories. They’re saving that for the coming weeks, as the MSM tries to defend their unconscionable lies to the bitter end. But, the unraveling is building speed.

Resign now, liar!!

Fox and Glenn Beck will both be fine, trust me. He’s drawing 3 to 4 times the viewers MSNBC is, so presumably he could cut back on ads by half and still draw about as much revenue as Olbermann and co.

The advertisers backed out because they can’t afford the new rates! He had 3.3M viewers and was #1 in the key demo. He was only .3M viewers off of O’Reilly and he actually beat him in the key demo.

And remember, this was at 4pm Eastern!

He needs to take Shep’s or Greta’s time slot.

Of course, then more advertisers would drop it, they wouldn’t be able to afford the ASTRONOMICAL ad rates.

I have also noticed that Hannity NEVER says Beck’s name. But today, Beck plugged Hannity’s show with the two SuperStars, Jessie and Hannah.

Wow. Liberals really do support everything that’s failed, evil, and wrong. Evan Sayet was right.

Seriously, this isn’t a game, troll. Your position is one that supports international child sex slavery. Think about that. Really – think about what you’re supporting. Go tell Amnesty International that ACORN is good people. Go tell La Raza that ACORN is good people when they’re setting up El Sal 13-15 year old girls to be sex slaves.

Man, I really feel even worse for illegal aliens than I usually do. You’re advocate to “help” them by turning them into whores.

Again, if you call helping setting up a sex slavery ring of children “help”, you really need to rethink your opinions.

Are you so attached to your silly ideology that you can’t see what’s in front of your face? ACORN was actively helping what they thought was a child sex slavery ring. That’s not a conspiracy theory – the video is right there. You can see it with your own eyes and hear it with your own ears.

If you think that’s “help”… imagine if your sister were kidnapped and given that kind of “help”.

Are you even capable of empathy?

CPL 310 on September 11, 2009 at 10:50 PM

It’s all cool – the MSM has lost all it’s credibility. All news outlets are known now for bias one way or the other. I still think Fox is a legit outfit because I’m unaware of them ever sitting on a story.

Okay – so once all news agencies are recognized by the American public as being biased. And once that bias (left / right) is known … then the game changes to one of viewership / listenership.

In that respect it’s Limbaugh, Fox, Beck, Hannity, et al.

Game is over for the MSM.

And history will show that they lost their cred when they went nuclear on Sarah Palin during the campaign.

The Limbaugh / Hannity / Fox / Levin guy have the credibility now – and the viewer / listenership.

We can win now. :D

nyx on September 11, 2009 at 10:53 PM

Do you actually think any president(lib or Con) will cut funding for a group dedicated to helping poor minorities? Dream on cons. Dream on.

Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 10:39 PM

they lost the funding to work on the census….bwahahahahah.

Fighton03 on September 11, 2009 at 10:53 PM

the president ultimately calls the shots. Obama could arrange for Acorns funding to get cut if he chose to. Acorn did play a heavy role and will continue playing a heavy role in rallying the disenfranchised every election.

Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 10:48 PM

That’s what we’re opposed to, champ.
We like a President who works his appropriate role as the head of the executive branch – not a dictator in chief.

See, we don’t like it when he circumvents the constitution.

Yeh…like Micky Mouse, Donald Duck, Babe Ruth and the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys 4 times.

Caper29 on September 11, 2009 at 10:54 PM

So a few bad eggs among the thousands of very good ones rear their ugly heads and you want to condemn the whole organization for it? Geez.

MrScribbler on September 11, 2009 at 10:50 PM

It was rhetorical but you’re right. The hearts are exposed. GB has my respect even if he does get that wild-eyed look.

PrincipledPilgrim on September 11, 2009 at 10:54 PM

Acorn did play a heavy role and will continue playing a heavy role in making child sex slavery a profitable criminal enterprise.

I wasn’t aware that they discriminated. I’m pretty sure they help protect the enablers of child and adult sex slavery.

JiangxiDad on September 11, 2009 at 10:55 PM

According to Rasmussen: “Just 15% of voters say they view the description of a candidate as politically liberal as positive, down four points from last November. Forty-one percent (41%) see it as a negative description, up five points form the earlier survey, while 42% say it’s somewhere in between.” So, apparently, it is true that you can only fool some of the people some of the time!

cynccook on September 11, 2009 at 10:55 PM

The tin foil queen even had the nerve to say on O’liely tonight that he is sick of everyone invoking race in every political conversation. What a hypocrite. Van Jones is coming for you Becky.
Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 10:35 PM

Ummmmmmmmm, I’m telling! “Queen” is a disparaging name for gays, and you libs aren’t allowed to say bad things about gays….just like the white libs who you follow blindly aren’t allowed to even constructively criticize blacks….you know, meaning treating you like adults. Tsk tsk, Fro.

Talking pt 2. won’t work either. Try #3.

JiangxiDad on September 11, 2009 at 10:56 PM

Rush does mention Glenn Beck and vice versa.
The only guys with Beck issues are Savage, Levin and Hannity.

As for the silence of the MSM, it’s pretty obvious, FOX News has the exclusive and also involves a group Dear Leader was once a part of and still supports.

cubachi on September 11, 2009 at 10:56 PM

Savage has been having a major pity party lately. Whiner.

PrincipledPilgrim on September 11, 2009 at 10:57 PM

The only way to allow the good that might be in Acorn is to expose and eliminate the bad. As long as the corrupt is allowed to inhabit Acorn, it doesn’t deserve to exist. It must be revamped as an honest organization with intense oversight.

Rose on September 11, 2009 at 10:58 PM

Fighton03 on September 11, 2009 at 10:53 PM

So you think my con friend, so you think? Wanna bet Acorn isn’t going away? We debate this every election cycle and nothing has and will change with regard to Acorn.

No politician has the stones to come out and say they want to disenfranchise minorities in this country. Regardless of how you cons cry and whine about it, Acorn is here to stay.

Afrolib on September 11, 2009 at 10:58 PM

Rush is a big Beck fan… he glowingly spoke of the article Beck wrote of him in ?Time? about influential people.

So the rest have all just been playing the piano. I don’t think that excuse played very well at Nuremberg.

MB4 on September 11, 2009 at 10:58 PM

UH Yeah! It has only taken 30 or so years to figure these crapweasels out. Glen Beck is doing one heck of a job. Ha Ha Ha

I remember when Geraldo started doing investigative reporting in Cali with the farm workers abuse scandal. What was that 1972? I have been waiting for a man like Beck since that time. I hope we are not to late to save this country.

sonnyspats1 on September 11, 2009 at 10:59 PM

Van Jones – Exposed and gone
Yosi Sergant – Exposed and gone
ACORN – Exposed and off the Census

And the month is only 11 days old! Gotta love Glenn Beck.

At this rate, it won’t take long ’til the average American sees the increasing gulf between the MSM’s Pro-Obama version of America and reality.

Then, the only interesting issues concerning the dems will be 1)When will hillary abandon ship and 2)will she run in 2012

The corruption at Acorn is institutionalized. This organization should be stripped of all Federal funding. They can survive on donations from supporters such as yourself.
