I have this feeling when they throw all these crooks out of the Whitehouse the only things that will be left are the walls.

Now, aren’t these people the same as a “lobbyist” for you with the IRS? Isn’t the ONLY reason they would give you a break because of them and NOT give it to you directly because they hope to seek employment with these firms at some point? Someone please explain why else this would happen?

Because the people of this country let it happen. They were too busy with the boat, the vacations, American Idol … all the toys and trappings. Now the Marxists are coming across the threshold.

I disagree with others, but I do not believe for a nanosecond that an election in 2010, 2012, … or whenever is going to shower salvation down on everyone.

This is a long uphill battle if folks would like to get their country back.

UPMC’s PAC and employees have donated heavily to Murtha, including $192,500 in 2006. That was the year after Murtha won an $8.5 million earmark for UPMC -– lobbied for by Ervin Technical -– for a communications network.

Regardless of whether it was incorporated, was she paid from the pool of money to maintain the Alliance for Biosecurity for her work as Strategic Director at the Alliance for Biosecurity? If she wasn’t, did she do this work on her own time or did she have the Center for Biosecurity at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center pay for it because she did it while on the clock there, even though they profess on the web page that:

The Alliance for Biosecurity is supported by its member companies; the Center for Biosecurity is a member but neither contributes to nor receives funds from the Alliance?

BTW, the UPMC neither contributes to nor receives funds from the Alliance, but does host the web pages for the Alliance — allianceforbiosecurity.org redirects to UPMC’s upmc-biosecurity.com. But that doesn’t count because “This Website is supported by funding from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.”

I don’t know how O’Toole can can call the UPMC’s Center for Biosecurity (aka herself) an “honest broker” when her title is Strategic Director of the Alliance, and the UPMC uses grant money (given by the Sloan Foundation to UPMC) to host the Alliance’s website.
