Quotes of the day

“‘As we’ve seen before, succumbing to these types of propaganda attacks from the right wing only emboldens the aggressors. This controversy will go away and they will trump up another one tomorrow,’ said David Brock, founder and chairman of Media Matters for America, a group that has taken on conservative commentators. ‘No good comes from appeasing a lunatic bully like Glenn Beck.’”

“If there’s one thing we’ve learned from the movies, it’s that ‘The United States of America does not negotiate with terrorists.’ Yet this White House is willing to let these psychological terrorists set the terms of the debate and negotiate from their insane positions…

I’m heartbroken over Van’s departure because it’s these little meaningless concessions that undermine people’s faith in the system. You get folks all riled up about change. You empower a man who embodies that change. And they you let him be run out of office by f*cking Glenn Beck? So Glenn Beck is running the White House now? Is that how it’s gonna be? Just tell me that I knocked on all those doors for nothing, and I can start the grieving process, but don’t pretend this will solve anything.

I can’t help but look at this spineless response and see it in contrast to the previous administration. You know how gangsta they are? DICK CHENEY IS STILL TALKING SMACK!”

Let me put it fair and square: “Talk to the stupid, for they are the only ones who listen…”

You mean like Van Jones, ColorOfChange and Media Matters?

ddrintn on September 7, 2009 at 10:11 AM

Yeah, because Glenn Beck has soooo much power.

Wonder if these Libtards have stopped to think that it was Van’s big (Commie) mouth that got him into trouble. All Beck had to do was air the clips.

Also, given the fact that millions are quite aware of the Wright/Ayers associations, the WH could little afford more of the same (Commie) publicity. Maybe once Obamacare is pushed through Van can get his old job back with the Hope-N-Change crowd. Who knows…maybe even a better one?

Dave, you knocked on all those doors for nothing, dumbass.

David2.0 didn’t knock on any doors for Obama.

I was merely highlighting a quote from the topic and responding to it.

the almighty power of the negro pushback.

Who talks like that?

Reno 911! decided that suicide was painless….letting Clemmy, Garcia, and Kimball go was horrid and a case of “hey buddy need a job” for the senior cast for their buddies from The State.

I completely agree about letting those three go! Stupid move! The new guys weren’t that great. My favorite was Trudy Wiegel.

Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, among others. :)

Ir wasn’t the fact Jones is a commie or a racist that brought him down. It was the fact he’s a Truther. Once that fact came out Jones was finished. – basilsbest

It was soon to hit nationwide that Van Jones was ALSO a guy who thinks the U.S. WAS TO BLAME for the terrorist attacks, NOT THE TERRORISTS.

Which means Van Jones essentially IS OF SAME MIND AS THE TERRORISTS, which means, Van Jones agrees with Al Quaeda.
