Krauthammer clearly knows something I don’t. (See, that sounds snarky, but in fact I mean it in the straightforward sense.) I would have thought being a Communist, an avowed revolutionary, who hates Capitalism, was plenty to get Van Jones thrown out. But it was not. Krauthammer correctly predicted that Van Jones’ Trutherism would make it necessary for him to step down. I am delighted that Van Jones has stepped down, and I detest his Trutherism just as Krauthammer does. But how did the exposure of Van Jones’ Trutherism get him forced out? I would have thought Obama would have just said, “So what? I don’t care if he’s a Truther. The more attacks on America the better, as far as I’m concerned. I’m not firing him.”

What was it about Van Jones’ Trutherism that forced Van Jones to resign?

The thugs resignation was accomplished without the help of the Government Media. Thats’s quite an accomplishment. Of course, Kudos to Beck and Fox, and and all the patriot bloggers and commenters too!

That assumes that if Obama had been he would dump him. I think he is well aware of who and what Van Jones is and what he thinks. As others have mentioned elsewhere: Van Jones is the upfront version of Obama. Rev. Wright should have been a HUGE TELL for anyone actually paying attention but from experience I can tell you normally rational people had no problem brushing that off.

As I said last night: Van Jones will likely be where Obama tries to hold his line. Hopefully (snicker) it will hasten his undoing.
