Depends on whether the second scumbag is worse than the first one....cutting off your nose to spite your face?? The hesitation one might have in replacing Rangel with Stark reveals the depth of the corruption, incompetence, and simple stupidity that runs rampant in the democratic leadership. Seems to me, one of the things we can do to prevent this corruption in the future is force Congress to pass laws that they can’t shovel their own campaign funds over to other politicians’ campaigns. This is just a tactic that they have to bring cash over from safe seats and skirt the campaign laws that limit contributions (dollar amount wise). This act alone of him spreading his campaign cash out over 119 other Democrats is just so offensive that I am speechless.

Seems to me this is an issue that the Republicans can add to a new contract with america, if they had any brains for the next election cycle.
