This isn't the only story here. The fact that North Korea was caught shipping weapons to Iran is only one pronouncement of the Democrats' naivete on foreign affairs. The second part of the story is that the UAE (United Arab Emirates) is the country that blew the whistle on North Korea and reported the boatload to the U.N. Remember the UAE? Back in Feb 2006 the Democrats made sure the UAE was blocked from managing US ports in the states, highly offending a very necessary ally in the war on terror (YES, I SAID IT! THE WAR ON TERROR!) The Democrats called the UAE an untrustworthy country to have that job at US ports. Can Democrats be ANY stupider or any wronger??

And this is just the one that didn’t get through. Imagine how many (insert country)-owned, (insert country)-flagged ships get through to their ports of destination… Imagine how many rocket-propelled grenades and other weapons get into the hands of their intended recipients… Now, imagine a Liberal heeding the warnings we’ve been offering for decades.

How many of us Reagan Republicans imagined 9-11 minus the details and were less than surprised when the terrorists chose their targets and timing…? I dare say many of us have known for decades that all the bad guys need to achieve their goals is enough Democrats in office. How can half of the American citizenry be so willing to accept what Liberals feed them…?

Are they THAT stricken with class envy and laziness…? So much so that they’d sacrifice the entire nation for a few chances to stick it to what they perceive as the rich Republican establishment…? Do they really fail to recognize the criminal negligence and perfect incompetence of THEIR elected leaders…? I’m baffled… BAFFLED I tell you.

The UAE just vindicated President Bush twice in the same action; the North Korea/Iran ‘Axis of Evil’ moniker, and the so-called ‘Dubai Ports Deal’.

This is just a guess but the most outstanding thing to me is that UAE is 80% Sunni Muslim whereas Iran is 89% Shia.

Just a thought…this administration has deliberately alienated our friends and embraced our enemys. We don’t have to fear another terrorist attack because O has sold us out to ensure it doesn’t happen on his watch and rile the American people. Meanwhile the administration’s domestic attack on America as we know it is very real and we will soon end up like Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, NK, etc.

Seems to me everyone here is missing the important question. WHY did the UAE intercept weapons intended for Iran.

UAE is a terrorists supporting nation, heavily investing in extremist Islam, the Taliban and AQ. Why are they attempting to thwart Iran’s ambitions in the region?

What is not so clear…and this is where the Administration comes in…is that this seizure came on 15 August…and just a few days ago, Governor Richardson of New Mexico played host to North Korean diplomats here in the US as part of the Obama effort to establish better relations with North Korea.

The Same guy who was being investigated for “Pay to Play” Politics? PRICELESS

Given the timing…one might also get a feeling that former-President Clinton’s “rescue mission” to P’yongyang on 4 August might have included language to the North Koreans that we’d be willing to turn a blind eye once in a while if it helped to bring them to the table?

So the questions is…..Did Bill have knowledge of this shipment or did Hussein? My guess, Hussein knew all about this shipment and BJ Clinton was being played with like a puppet like his wife Hillary is Husseins puppet.

A bunch of people I know have been ragging on me because I’m the least convinced of everyone about “hope and change.” I told them that I wish they were right, that Barack Obama was going to change the world, but I could bet them that I would be right and nothing would change. Tks Coldwarrior. There’s absolutely nobody left to trust in gov’t, or anywhere. Every dealing we hear about the gov’t, no matter what the issue, is corrupt. I don’t even know whether to believe that there’s a serious flu or if the vaccine is safe. I don’t trust the CDC or other gov’t health services. It’s all a bitter pill to swallow, and very disturbing.
