TEMS Week in Review: Duane Patterson, Michelle Malkin
posted at 1:00 pm on August 28, 2009 by Ed Morrissey
Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), we’ll take a look at the past week with Duane “Generalissimo” Patterson of the Hugh Hewitt Show. Duane and I will cover a long week of stories, including the death of Ted Kennedy and the hagiographies to come, the deficit admission and what that means, and Obama’s sliding poll numbers. All of this and more — and stay tuned for a preview of tonight’s Hugh Hewitt Show.
At 4:30 pm, after we wrap up with Duane, the Boss joins us to talk about Culture of Corruption, the book that has been at the top of the NYT best-seller list for four straight weeks. I wonder why people are finding this so relevant? Michelle explains the obvious, talks about the series of entirely predictable scandals, and checks up on us to make sure we’re all working. Look busy!
Now you can join the conversation in the chat room! Be sure to register at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions. (And if the log-in prompt doesn’t come up in the chat box below, use this link instead.) Jazz Shaw of The Moderate Voice and The Monster moderate the chat, and we have Troll Gun Trivia Contest running before the show, for those who get there early — and are registered!
