However, I think it may be too late to stop the encroachments of this megalomaniacal narcissist. I can think of only two scenarios which might blunt the advancement of his agenda, and both are of a catastrophic nature:

1.) A strike against a major city by our enemies, or

2.) An economic collapse of the magnitude, or nearly so, of the 1930′s.

As a people, we have shown our apathy (willful self-destructive tendency?) by allowing this cancer into the White House to begin with. I just don’t see us suddenly opening our eyes to the danger without a major shock to our consciousness.

We’ve painted ourselves into a terrible corner. Not a single patriotic American wants to see either of these two things take place. I certainly don’t. But the thought of the country falling more deeply under the sway of someone whom I believe to be an existential threat is almost as distressing.

2. Who the F**K would be insane enough to be a part of this interrogation unit? If I got assigned to it I’d resign immediately or retire. No chance this unit won’t be thrown under the bus at the very first instance of trouble.

I’d like to see all unqualified dignitaries resign in DC. Of course, that would leave a lot of holes ghost town, but we won’t mind.

Second, if anything goes wrong in those interrogations, the White House will have direct responsibility for it. No longer can Congress or the executive branch hold the CIA responsible for any crimes committed — or more importantly, for the inability to get critical intel from HVDs. When attacks occur, fingers will point back to the people running the HIG, meaning Obama and his West Wing team. Not only does that make for bad national-security policy, it practically invites deep political damage.

This is the case already. If anything happened at the CIA Obama would already be blamed.

The CNN cretins are salivating with joy over this stuff. Goebbels would be proud of them. Probably Benedict Arnold as well.

As for this interrogation czar..,I predict terrorists, will get lollipops, gumdrops, and a slight slap on the wrist, while citizens of the U.S. who oppose Obama’s agenda, will get far worse, and no one will know. The leash is off.

100% agreed. BUT-if we don’t acknowledge the 40 million unborn that we left victim to the savagery of the enemy, and vow that along with saving our own hides, that we will save their lives too, you can forget about it.
