Over the last year and a half–I have watched and read all of your converstions here on site, and especially the great interaction some of you have–particularly with hawkdriver. I was, and still am, praying silently for him and his fellow countymen/patriot soldiers.

I was on vacation, no computer, and was thrilled to see that he had been here last night (early morning).

Cindy, I am a great admirer of you and Loxodonta–and have taken his(Lox) advice to put plastic wrap over my keyboard for when I read some of your remarks! ;)

Um, dream on. What makes you think Obama would accept any assistance from Cheney. Cheney would most likely give it, b/c he is a patriot and well-schooled in these matters, but Obama thinks he knows all he needs to and apparently feels he is far wiser than he is.

And Obama’s grandmother wasn’t “lovely” by my reading of her. She was a Communist sympathizer along w/her husband. They raised their daughter to be one too. She didn’t do a very good job w/either “Stanley” or Barack in my estimation. By allowing Barack to be around CPUSA member and pedophile wanna be, Frank Marshall Davis, I don’t think she did him any favors.

It is clear and emphatic. That kind of leadership is sorely lacking now that the ‘adults’ are in charge.

Amateur hour all day every day for this administration.

Exactly right; you knew fall swine flu predictions were going to have to be terrifying so the gov’t can come in and provide vaccines (may be safe, may be not) and show how we NEED gov’t run health care. It’s scare tactic.

I agreed with you until August 6th, when ‘my’ president told me to “shut up and get out of the way” for disagreeing with him on a domestic policy.

I will show him basic human respect, but if I don’t feel like referring to him by his official title, I won’t. Not after August 6th.

What’s interesting to me is the timing of this release with the news of the new interrogation plan of the fbi.

And the fact we have had several “bombshells” while he was on vacation…starting with, deficit will be upped by a couple of trillion.

You earn respect, one doesn’t “deserve” it.
The office has earned it, he has tainted it.
When we refer to the office of the President, it will be with honor…when we refer to Obama, it is with irreverence, as he is treating the office.
See the difference…office/person, they are separate entities.

I think VP Cheney could set a good example by taking Obama under his wing and setting him straight. This will of course have to start by forcing Obama’s face into these reports while giving him a good paddling with a rolled up copy of the Bill of Rights, but that’s how the training needs to begin.
