You don’t expect him to know anything about American History do you? After all, he spent all of his youth living around the world. Just because NASCAR is the biggest sport in the country and was founded 52 years ago, you won’t expect him to know anything about it. Apparently the TOTUS didn’t do enough research on this one. Or maybe the liberal nencompoops who work at the White House haven’t been out of Chicago or Washington, to fly-over country in the last 52 years.

Seriously. Some idiot staffer wrote this for him, that probably mangled up a Wiki article, it isn’t like this tool actually has ever watched a race, or could tell the difference between a distributor and a carb. For God’s sake, if it was up to him, we’d all be driving a Honda Prius.

We can save on health care if the drivers stop getting hurt. In fact, let’s just eliminate (or tax) the South and anything we might think is fun. NASCAR is more than a sport, it is a lifestyle choice. What is incongruent is what a radical Chicago street thug is doing hosting a NASCAR champ. There is little about the sport and its spectators that are relevant to the world of the filthy liar in the White House.

I think drinking cheap beer and waiting for women to take their tops off is a relevant lifestyle choice to pretty much any straight American male. Even I’ve done it (rock festivals, beach parties) What else do you do at a race, anyway?

Anyone here ever read this classic piece. Not being snarky for a change: y’all might like it (though Wolfe’s writing style can be annoying at times.)

I wonder if Obama even knows that NASCAR is a big reason for the popularity of big diesel motorhomes, another industry his crap and tax policy will kill of for good.

That will help keep Indiana and North Carolina blue won’t it?

Motorhomes are built in Indiana and end up going to North Carolina for race weekend.
