This is one of the most fundamental errors it is possible to make. I am completely partisan with respect to reason, freedom, honesty, and justice. Therefore, it is in my self-interest to be as objective as possible in order to advocate for these things while leaving the smallest possible cracks for the arguments of disguised Progressives like AnninCA to crawl through.

The idea that somehow you have more freedom with an overbearing Federal government than in a free market (for, in this case, private insurance) is an excellent case in point. First, the insurance market is far from free; second, you can change providers – or pay for medical care yourself, as I do, or do without, or rely on charity, or….

With the Federal Government – which, by design and necessity, operates by coercion – you have no choice except to leave the country. (Even then, if you retain your U.S. citizenship your income is subject to taxes.)

Open communists are more honest than Progressives because they do not pretend to favor an ‘improved’ or ‘modified’ market, like the Fascist-Lite Progressives.

It does not have to mandate. Medicare will pay for the session. Easy money which will be billed for every patient the average nursing home physician can document.

To think they will pay Doctors to say to patients what they have wanted to say for a long time, and now will have full permission, and some bucks to boot

I was able to keep the same doctor I had before I retired. I have had a couple of incidents (weird infection and later a colonoscopy) and saw no difference in the way I was treated. Of course, IMO it starts with having the right doctor.
