Video: Thuggish mob of elderly Nazis attacks AARP with questions about health care
posted at 3:10 pm on August 6, 2009 by Allahpundit
No swastikas in view but that’s probably due to crafty editing. If you believe the new Quinnipiac poll, The One’s approval rating on health care among people 55 and older now stands at a robust 38/52, which is actually a few points higher than his numbers among those aged 35-54. (Among those 35 and under, he’s at 44/48.) Likely explanation: The GOP ‘turfed the sample.
The head of New Hampshire’s Democratic Party is promising “significant push back on these thugs” who disrupt The One’s health-care message, so once we find out who these subversives are (and who sent them), presumably reprisals are on the way. If you recognize any of them, you know what to do.

Blowback

Youtube appears to have turned off the view counter. It’s been on 974 for hours, although there’s no way for them to disguise the fact that there are over 700 comments, lol! Who’s the Nazi now, youtube?

Thuggish Mob? These are just mom and pop America. They are us. If the politicans think this is a mob, wit until they try to do this Chicago Way thing with gun control. That will be a mob. This is anything but.

I know this is so petty, but when I receive my weekly AARP invitation in the mail, I mail the prepaid envelope back to them. The way I look at it – they have to pay to receive it, then pay someone to open it. I know, I know, I am totally pathetic, but hey, we gotta take our little victories where we can find them – even if it is 40 cents at a time!
They have used seniors dues for their leftist political agenda long enough!

Absolutely love the older population, could sit for hours listening to the stories of their lives. Too bad the AAPR rep did not feel the same and she is the one that looked like a fool.

I hope this continues. The average citizen needs to go to the meetings and (if not speak)at least have a presence. I know I have never gone to anything political but the times have changed and so has my America. I hope Hot Air and other internet outlets will continue to post such meetings so that we can be motivated and encouraged to have our say and not be intimidated by Washington’s elite who NO longer represent us.

Odumbo and his gang have started something with us seasoned citizens, that I don’t think he can win. You see Odumbo we vote in large numbers. How dare you AARP, you take the money of Seniors, and then sell them down the river. The shameful way you do business is coming into the sunlight. I am awaiting my refund, make it fast.

We need more people like this to speak out!

I wonder how many dues paying members they lose after this?

I have to phrase this VERY carefully.
It is not yet time for a call to arms, but prudence dictates a state of readiness.
Concerned unarmed citizens: Train yourselves, then arm yourselves for defense of your home. A man’s home is his castle.
Concerned armed citizens: Stock ammo & maintain proficiency. Seek to improve your accuracy and speed.
I do not advocate an overthrow of the government – yet.
I do advocate self-protection against thugs and vandals, such as the Tampa rally today.

I was just watching Fox News and Megyn Kelly was interviewing an AARP spoesman about this particualr event. She gave him the opportunity to apologize for the moderator’s behaviour but he ccntinued to defend her action and blamed the crowd. Amazing! It appears that AARP is either that tone deaf, or that committed to Obama’s agenda that they won’t even issue an apology for PR purposes. I hope this particular video goes viral.

My mom has told me for years that AARP was liberal. She has never joined(80).. I turned 50 last year, kept getting their mailings. I finally contacted them and told them to remove me from their list, that I would never join as long as they are aligned with liberals/Democrats.
