Quite frankly, with the number of them crawling over the border on the sly, not to mention the hordes of them that are already here…I really don’t want a Hispanic on the highest bench in the land!

You expected different? BO played it exactly as I expect he would have because he is a leftest liberal and it’s always about them. Even after a couple of years of overexposure to BO I’m surprised that conservatives are surprised at what he does. Liberals aren’t really very bright and pretty transparent when it comes to what they will do. Kind of like little children really. I think the real problem is that conservatives view them as being intelligent adults so in a way it really is the fault of the conservatives that we have gotten to where we are.

No. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect any better of him. I don’t think anybody else did either. And while I’m no fan of Lindsay Graham, who let her out of committee, the sad fact is that he’s not the bad guy here. The bad guy.. is the guy who didn’t give us any reason to expect he could or would make a better selection if this one failed. You almost can’t blame Republican Senators who believed that Sotomayor was the lesser of other, more liberal evils. Almost.

It’s just sad that we couldn’t expect more from Barack Obama, and that none of us are really surprised by it.

So now we have another Goldberg clone on the court. Hopefully the four conservative members and Kennedy stay healthy. It doesn’t change the mixture but it makes the split worse. We now have four “total nutcases” sitting on the supreme court. One more and any hope is gone.

This is what our (non-representative) government thinks of their constituents. They don’t fear us, they abuse us, and in any number of ways. And we wonder why we lose more liberty every time we turn around.

How do you figure that? Our Affirmative Action President nominated an Affirmative Action candidate for SCOTUS. So that means conservative senators should just roll over and vote for her? The woman was/is dishonest. That’s a ‘nice to have’ on the Supreme Court.
