NARN, the Band of Brothers Edition!

posted at 8:30 am on August 1, 2009 by Ed Morrissey

The Northern Alliance Radio Network will be on the air today, with our eight-hour-long broadcast schedule starting at 9 am CT. If you’re in the Twin Cities, you can hear us on AM 1280 The Patriot, or on the station’s Internet stream if you’re outside of the broadcast area.

Today, Mitch will be all by himself as I continue my in-depth investigation into Disneyland, which means no video on Ustream (although the chatroom will still be open!). Mitch has two great guests: first, one of the original members of the Band of Brothers, Ed “Doc” Pepping. Mitch will also interview Dave Cruz of Honor the Fallen, both of whom will be attending a local American Legion event later this month. Don’t miss this show!

Be sure to call 651-289-4488 to join the conversation!

Be sure to register for free at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions. (And if the log-in prompt doesn’t come up in the chat box below, use this link instead.)

Speaking of Band of Brothers, I saw The Hurt Locker yesterday. Simply epic. Unique from most other war movies but ranks up there with SPR and BHD IMO.
