I’m certain there will be a fair amount of blowback targeting the unhinged Sarah haters. The Communist styled Democratic Party, the SNOBS in the GOP, the socialist media … Let’s not forget Dennis Zaki, probable Tea Bagger, and CNN stringer who is a friend to many anti-Palin bloggers, and Piggie Noonun, the faux conservative writer whose menopausal rantings succor moderate ObamaWannabe’s within the GOP [HI JOHN!].

There is no sign of unemployment diminishing, and I’ve got a loooong list of people deserving to be in the bread lines today who will be perfectly comfortable with sucking away at the goBernment teat.

Have other so-called comics made similar jokes? No.
Did he have to apologize for his crass behavior? Yes, although he did it poorly, and later mocked his apology.
Did he, in all likelyhood, endure presure from his sponsors, and his business partners, after the outcry from conservatives? Yes.

1) to extricate herself from an untenable, punitive situation in order to reposition herself to the high ground to get ready to fight a new battle

2)to take advantage of a better opportunity (a Broadway actress moving to Hollywood)but knowing there is a stand-in waiting in the wings

3)Like a prospector’s claim running dry or being all played out Sarah had accomplished everything she wanted to do as governor and felt a need to stake out a new claim

4)Sarah was like an abused or battered wife that needed a temporary shelter for her and her family to protect them from further extraneous harm

5)Self-preservation or survival after being kept under siege for months on end after refusing to surrender

6)To help the party in a different capacity-state to national

7)a higher calling

8)not driven from office due to a potential scandal or gross impropriety or illegality (all ethics complaints were dismissed)

9)Sarah did not resign in defeat; instead in her speech she emphasized and focused on what she had accomplished in office

10)Sarah enjoyed her job as governor and found it fulfilling; the job itself did not ruin her health or become life-threatening.

I can report that Celtic Diva has left Alaska and is now feeding off plankton blooms in the southern Pacific.

I actually expect to see Sarah polling lower in Alaska as anyone who felt they lost this marvelous woman as their representative couldn’t be very happy about it. I personally would feel crushed if I lived in Alaska, … but I don’t, so let the Palin Party begin!

You could make the argument that she is currently working on a book so technically she isn’t “unemployed” because she is working for the publishing company known as Harper Collins.

She has a lot of options right, I hope she sticks to giving speeches at private events.

maybe some short daily radio commentary so she can state the positions on the issues at hand… the whole 4 hour deal is a big no no.
