Christien is definitely the winner, hands down.

I want to take a moment to vent just a little. This picture sums up what 99.9999999% of your peace officers go about doing every day. In this picture you see Crowley doing one of the most basic things that cops do everyday: He’s helping somebody in need.

But more importantly than that he is assisting a man:

1. who went out of his way to make Crowley’s job difficult, to the point that he became so disorderly that he was arrested
2. who insulted his mother
3. who maligned him publicly as a racist
4. whose VIP buddy who occupies the White House called him “stupid.”
5. whose condescending b*tch of a daughter insulted his own (minor) child publicly over her inexperience with makeup
6. and who is, at the moment the picture was taken and at the moment I type this post two days later, still planning to file a frivilous lawsuit against him and his department.

Despite all of this, Sgt. Crowley still did the right thing and helped an infirm old man down the steps while the A**hole in Chief strides ahead of the little people.

The thing is that, despite the fevered rantings of both race baiting douchebags like Gates and POTUS who see Bull Conner hiding behind every tree and the wild eyed libertarian douchebags who think that the 1st Amendment guarantees them an unrestricted right to rudeness to the point of the destruction of civil society, every day men and women put on their badges and go out to do exactly what Crowley did. They help the A**holes of the world when they need it, even though the A**holes will never appreciate and will still try to destroy the officers (sometimes, quite literally) if they get a chance.
