Considering what the Republicans did during the Bush years (spending and advancing progressive ideas/power-grabbing) are you certain you want them back? In their present form, they are only marginally better than the Dems. Can we at least demand small-government conservatism from those candidates…in writing…under penalty of certain political death? No guarantee of course, but it would at least put them on notice that we are watching them like never before.

Um, yeah…this is a president who needs a vacation from me. I have never felt more imposed upon by my government since these people took control. And, Mr Ubiquitous hasn’t and isn’t helping himself. His overexposure, immature gaffes and petty liberal low blows to the private sector should (in a normal America) turn even die hard Obots off, at least marginally. He was a celebrity running on his celebrity…and his star is fading.

Someone has already said all this, I know.

I usually listen to Rush, but I missed his telling of the dream.

I have seen cases where people’s dreams can be prescient, and I hope that Rush’s is one of them. It could mean a strong, Republican Congress that is undoing Obama’s damage to the nation… 2010? Let’s hope and pray it’s so.

Assistant Attorney General Loretta King recommended dropping the case, when she discussed the case with Associate Attorney General Thomas J. Perrelli, the No. 3 official in the Obama Justice Department. "Ms. King, a career senior executive service official, had been named by President Obama in January to temporarily fill the vacant political position of assistant attorney general for civil rights while a permanent choice could be made."

I predict an Obama manufactured crisis at the begining of August to keep everyone from calling congressmen on the heathcare debacle. This is only the second time, the first being immigration, that I am actually calling family members and writing representatives. Need to keep up the pressure guys all though the recess.
