LOL.. want to know something funny? Juneau, Alaska, which is the capital…. now has a “water electric generator” that was even shown that was in the process of completion on Tougher in Alaska on Discovery and they are using wind turbines in different villages around the State for electricity. As well as using specialize water way generators on fast moving rivers for villages (that won’t really work in the winter due to ice dams).

On another note… which Sarah has nothing to do with it.
A oil company tried Solar Panels on their buildings on the slope to be more enviromentally friendly. It didn’t work.. why.. due to lack of sunshine in the winter. hmmmmm
Also the fact that an oil company tried those new diesel trucks. Couldn’t make them last because the colder it got, the thicker the bio fuel because until the engines couldn’t take it and died as most trucks on the slope aren’t turned off in the middle of winter due to the cold. The would never start back up. The Oil company sent them back to the dealership saying never again and asked for regular diesel trucks.
Oh and those nice wind turbines sieze at -10. The oil doesn’t like the wind chill… or something. Still need fuel oil it seems.

A bit O.T., but if you go to MoveOn’s website, there is no address for them anywhere that I can find. I wanted to send them a copy of this and suggest that their kids may want to wear it on t shirts.
If you agree to donate and send in a check they say, you will receive instructions where to mail your check when you hit “Confirm” and presumably a Mr. Phelps will contact you from a phone booth or something.
Don’t these 501 (c) organizations and PACS have to provide an address? Maybe Sarah can file an ethics complaint :)
