Note well Obama’s fixation to “make” press conferences. We ain’t seen nothin’ yet if it were Huck. Can you imagine Sunday School ad nauseum from the TOTUS? Huckabee’s “golden moment” interjections during conservative talk radio commercials make me puke. And THAT’S a huckabee moment.

Scanning the WaPo article twice, and attempting unsuccessfully the WaPo link TO the poll, I did not notice WHERE those who were polled lived. I saw personal comments from Ohio, etc., that were not necessarily part of the poll, just part of the article. And articles are nearly always composed by various writers who interject their own opinions; modern “jernalism”.

IF the poll were taken from Washingtonians, old news is no news.

58 percent now say Sotomayor should be confirmed, a higher post-hearing number than WaPo recorded for either Roberts or Alito. Naturally, even though there’s not a thing they can do to stop her, Cornyn and Hatch declared today that they’re voting no anyway. Smart thinkin’, GOP.

Never vote according to the evidence and one’s platform. Always join the mob. Smart thinkin’, Allahp.

No sense to any opposition on anything that matters because the only thing that matters is being “in” on the group-think. Otherwise, nothing matters.

We are a long way from any kind of critical election. Polls at this stage are not really important. By the time it matters again… people will likely forget about the way Palin left her job. I’m not a fan but I just don;t read too much into these numbers at this time.

I am no big Huck fan but had to roll my eyes yesterday when Howard Kurtz tweeted a whine that Huck was the guest host on O’Reilly and made snide comments about Fox, Huck and the race for 2012. Kurtz can be OK and then he can be a real jerk.

You’re right! She should have stayed chained to her title like a good little target and sit back helplessly, unable to campaign for conservatives in the lower 48, and watch as she was sued into bankruptcy while the people of Alaska was charged millions, her policies were permanently stalled and Parnell had no coat tails to run on.
