President Barack Obama says he’s gone from praying nightly before going to bed to praying all the time because he has a “lot of stuff” on his plate and needs “guidance all the time.”
Obama made the comments in an interview to air Thursday on ABC’s “Nightline.”

I just downloaded his healthcare plan and have made a cursory review. I must spend more time digesting the details but if I was required to give a quick summary of my incomplete review I would say this:
The government will control every aspect of medical life. It will decide when you can see a doctor, which doctor you see and what treatment you receive. Then, as you become elderly it will visit you periodically and advise you on when and how you should die. This thing is frightening and if Obama doesn’t think so then he simply hasn’t read it. I would say it is a plan that any communist country would be proud of. But, like I said, I need to study the details and see if my quick read analysis remains valid. Others may want to do the same.
Reading and understanding this beast should be the job of our elected representatives and their staffs. Once they digest it they should inform every one of their constituents of its content and meanings. This of course would be relatively hard work and I’m not sure we can expect such a thing from politicians. Nevertheless, people should be raising hell with their representatives until they tell them exactly what is being shoved down their throats and how they intend to vote.
