The Marxists in the Democratic Party are taking no prisoners – being “nice and cooperative” with the devil won’t make him like you more. I could care less if she still got the votes, just make sure she doesn’t get your vote! That’s fighting!

Lindsay Graham is what is wrong with politics, and specifically, what is wrong with the Republican Party. Michael Steele, Lindsay Graham, Newt Gingrich, etc. all make me sick! If there was even a remote chance that another party could compete against these two wastes of time, then I would gladly get out of the Republican Party. I’m about ready to leave now anyway.

I’ve lived under Crist for several years now. He’s a liar and a weasel. He said publicly that he would “hold education harmless” when the state coffers started to empty out. What we got was massive cutbacks and layoffs not only in education but in all public services…I’m not talking about We Are The World Libtard programs left over from the Great Society days. Just plain old basic government functions.

He and these knucklehead Republicans in Florida have really managed to screw things up in favor of land developers and Disney (who have laid off hundreds despite a big property tax break anyway) and to appease the retirees who think they shouldn’t have to pay for anything anymore.

Mel Martinez is another GOP weasel. Many of us emailed him about the Obama birth certificate matter months ago and his office had the gall to send back a form letter saying that The One had indeed been “vetted”…by virtue of having been elected! Oh, yeah…that’s “vetting” all right…suuure.

So in the national and Congressional elections I went with my party, Republican, but as for as Florida Republicans I think they just plain suck. Not only have they kicked in their own exorbitant tobacco tax on top of the Fed’s, they’ve drastically raised the drivers license and tag renewal fees.

These kinds of taxes/fee increases hurt many Floridians who are barely making it as it is. Sure, you can quit smoking, but people gotta drive (assuming they still have jobs that is).

They also keep pushing the stupid voucher programs. Right, like I really want to pay taxes so somebody can send their kid to a Muslim, Hari Krishna school or an “alternative” school where the kids can lounge on couches until they decide they’re ready to attend class-and then tell the teachers what to teach them. You want that freedom, fine, you pay for it yourself.

They’re acting like a bunch of Dems and RINOs who screw things up in favor of their pals, and then turn around and try to tax themselves out of trouble.

Makes no sense to draw the line at Sotomayor. She’s the best we could have hoped for from Obama.

Unfortunately, you have it backwards. When anyone in the GOP votes for a nominee, that makes the dems think that they should have gone further left, which they will do ont he next one.

Doesn’t anyone understand how the dems think? It isn’t that hard, as they are exceedingly simple-minded folks.

I’m ticked that the GOP even let this POS out of committee. That is really the most disgusting part of this whole repulsive situation.

Fingers crossed that Obama gets a bad case of political BO, 2010 yields a swing in the Congress, and he doesn’t get to put up another one until then.

You started acting like you were bold yourself and now you wimped out. Hope the GOP voters from my illustrious state of birth remember this.

Gov. Crist said he would vote against Judge Sotomayor. Trying to make people think he’s a conservative.

“Blind conservatism” is not a good thing tho. Not saying you, but so many of the “RINO” label throwers.

Is he recruiting actors or someone for a seat on SCOTUS?

He makes me edgy, yup, ‘specially if he had a sharp object in his hands and was less than 21 feet away. Downright edgy.
