On the one hand, I’m unnerved at the thought that our vice president is making the same moronic observations during his state visits that any of my guy friends would make if we were on vacation overseas. On the other hand … he might be right.
Even an imbecile has the right to ogle, my friends.
VPOTUS overheard saying: “I cannot believe that a Frenchman visiting Kiev went back home and told his colleagues he discovered something and didn’t say he discovered the most beautiful women in the world. That’s my observation.”
Unclear who Frenchman VPOTUS was referring to.
“It’s certain you have so many beautiful women.”
Both VPOTUS and Yushchenko drank Cokes; others drank coffee.
Bear in mind, this is their prime minister. Well, at least we know now what he and The One have in common. Let’s poll it!

She is Russian and would not tolerate cheating: I’m not like Russian men who all seem to have something on the side. But she doesn’t sweat the small stuff and noticing a beautiful girl is not a hanging offense.
For Russian women (and probably Ukrainian), a husband who doesn’t beat them and who doesn’t get drunk every night is a good catch.

I live in California. We can debate the merits of the women of our respective states to no end. Arizona, South Florida, even Minnesota might want to chime in as well.

I’ve lived in Kiev for several years now, and Biden’s right. A couple years ago, I brought my parents over for a couple weeks on holiday. We were walking down the street and two just stunningly beautiful girls walked by. My dad, who’s in his 80′s, starts doing the “wink-wink, nudge-nudge” routine with me, pointing them out. I’m like, yup, I see them :-). My mom catches us checking out the girls, looks at me, looks at my dad, smiles at him and says, “Well honey, they are beautiful. I guess it’s OK if you look, but you can’t touch.”. I just cracked up.

I’ve been there in all seasons, and I don’t know what’s hotter: beautiful women in fur (yes, real fur) coats, or beautiful women in short skirts.
Russian and Ukrainian women are beautiful, but it’s accepted in both countries that Ukrainian women have bigger breasts.

The US military does joint training exercises with them regularly, although probably not the type you’re thinking about :-). They also had a pretty big contingent in Iraq for the first few years of the war. From what I’ve heard, life at their bases was quite different than the American FOBs.
