Is that the same Snopes whose research said Obama was born at Queens Hospital, based on Obama’s own statement…. until Obama said he was born at Kapiolani, at which time their expert heavily-researched answer was that he was born at Kapiolani – without so much as a blink or statement on what changed or why?

If so, which branch of the federal government is Snopes in? Where does the Constitution give them any authority?

And why would you believe a site that simply regurgigates Obama’s contradictory answers one after the other without a brain waves’ flicker?

A legal trigger might be that the COLB he posted was clearly a forgery. Or it might be that we have a signed affidavit and a recording of Sarah Obama saying that Obama was born in Kenya, as well as a recording of a Kenyan ambassador saying he was born there. Or a legal trigger might be Obama saying he was born at two different hospitals in Hawaii…

Are you talking about those kinds of legal triggers? If so, that’s what we’ve been talking about for quite some time now.

NOBODY in Hawaii has or even CAN say squat publicly about Obama’s computer-scan image of what he says is a COLB.

Anybody who knows law at all can tell you that a computer scan is NEVER acceptable for legal documentation purposes. Obama already says he showed his COLB, but he only showed a scan, which he knows has no legal liability attached to it. That’s why he posted a forgery.

Ask him to show a judge or a secretary of state the 3D COLB he says he showed Factcheck, and if he does it, THEN and ONLY THEN can you say that he showed any legal documentation for anything.

Answer the questions on the table:

Riddle me this Birthers – Does that mean Michelle Malkin can never run for President because her two parents were born in The Phillipines and not on American soil?

Riddle me this again – does this mean Sean Hannity is inelgible because his parents were both born in Ireland?

What about Mitt Romney? His father was born in Mexico, can he not run?

What’s the deal with Bobby Jindal? Can he never run?

If parents were naturalized prior to the birth of their off-spring, then those off-spring are natural born citizens. If they were not, then the off-spring is merely a citizen. As pointed out in the Chester Arthur case, he was indeed obfuscating his citizenship status as he knew it. According to recently found documents, his parents were naturalized when he was about 14. That made him a citizen, and he knew that he would not meet the requirements of president.

The same can be said of Bobby Jindal. His parents were Indian citizens when they came to this country. They eventually became Americans. What I do not know is if they were naturalized prior to Bobby’s birth.
