Pre-orderd 5 copies this morning from Amazon. I sent copies to various family members residing in Texas, Washington state, Wyoming, etceteras. In order to DO this, I had to complete 5 separate orders (a different order for each address that I was shipping to).

Good to see Michelle writing books again. She always does a great job of researching her topic, and I like her writing style WAY better than Ann Coulter’s.

Explaining his election is easy; 1 part media in the tank, 1 part GOP running a backstabbing old fart who ran a joke of a campaign at best, or at worst, threw the election. I maintain he didn’t have to throw it; he sucked so bad there was no way he was ever going to win. But, there’s your President Wet Ear Rookie. Imagine going to the Super Bowl with the Colts, and instead of Peyton Manning, you send out the 5′1 inch towel boy as your quarterback. We gave it away.

Obama himself has picked very few of the people in his Administration, because he hasn’t been around long enough to know most of these people. Valerie Jarrett, Pete Rouse, Rahm Emanuel, and David Axelrod are just about the only ones he knew personally. So it’s Rahm or someone else with a longer track record doing the picking of all these other crooks and commies. Rahm has a vast network from his years in the Clinton White House and the House of Representatives.

This is the reason I often refer to it as the Emanuel Administration. Barack Obama is a Charlie McCarthy figure, a ventriloquist’s dummy. Rahm is the one actually running the country.

FYI, my husband was a big Obama supporter but he is nearly apoplectic about all the Chicago hoods and corrupt Clinton retreads that have come in to his Administration. Of all the things he thought Obama would really “change”, the culture of Washington was the biggest and most important to him. It’s been a pretty sad sight watching the scales fall from his eyes.

I don’t think the middle is weak. In fact, what I think will save this nation from the excesses of the political class and the looting that we’ve seen going on since the filthy liar took office is the middle standing up and telling the crooks in DC to back off. It is my hope that it comes with a “throw the bums out” mentality for the 2010 elections where any incumbent of either party is scrambling to re-establish their credibility with the voters and not simply paying lip service to caring about their constituents.

If I had a birth certificate in Hawaii, I wouldn’t spend a second trying to thwart pubilc demands for its production, have my staff belittle people asking for it and spend a fortune fighting my citizens who are asking for its production, sometimes in court. Nor would I post a simple “Certificate of Live Birth” on the web, which is not the same as a birth certificate. Something strange here but I have a tinfoil hat at the ready wherever I go..just kidding.

Indeed. Michelle is a tremendous inspiration to me and many others who believe in individual liberty and the freedoms this country’s founders intended to advance.

Too true. When the SWIFT boat vets boat about John Kerry came out, I went to the local bookstore, only to be told by a snarky salesperson that the book was full of errors and had been recalled by the publisher. It was, of course, all a lie though to this day there are those on the left who claim that the book was a smear job.

I admire those who take a public stand on this stuff be it in books or on the airwaves. Somebody has to get the truth out and the MSM are nothing but propagandists for the filthy liar’s administration.
