Who remembers “W” burning in a high hard one at the 2001 WS in Phoenix….wearing a flack vest?

I clearly remember watching him walk to the mound and wondering if his head would explode from a Jihadi sniper bullet.

This may have only been a baseball game, but it stands as yet another example of Obambi undertaking something for which he was utterly unprepared.

Here we have the President of the U.S. making a puny throw for all to see. Yeah – that makes us look real strong as nation before the world, doesn’t it? His weak throw is a metaphor for his weakening of America, both domestically and on the international stage.

(and I stand corrected. Bush threw one into the dirt in Milwaukee opening day that year. But all his other ones were strikes)

My favorite part of this is the driver of the golf cart after the introduction. His body language and facial expression is priceless, total and complete disgust.
He grimly nods when Hussein shakes his hand but still grudgingly does it. “I will show a modicum of respect for you since you hold the office but I HATE everything you stand for and everything you are doing to this country.”
He deserves an award – people who dislike The One are not shown and are not seen.

Re all the comments here about Obama’s inept and un-athletic throw, an interesting question is raised about Obama’s supposedly great basketball skills, although we’ve never seen tapes of them, at least not readily available. It is unlikely that a decent basketball player couldn’t make a single baseball toss from 60ft w/out better coordination and grace than Obama. Yet he’s supposedly playing basketball regualarly with NBA and ex-European pro’s and his “body man” who was on the Duke varsity.

Conclusion, these guys on the court baby him. He’s got no business being there. It’s just like the affirmative action mentality he experienced at Columbia U and Harvard Law. He’s obviously a smart guy and could have gotten into those schools on his own ability but while he was there he probably never faced any normal criticism or set backs. For obvious reasons, no one would have ever said, “that points full of shit” instead it was always how great he was. And people wonder why he’s so narcissistic. He’s always existed in a fantasy world.
