The one thing Palin got’s is a core dedicated group following. That can make the difference. After some thought and following Palin pro and Con, I now am supporting Palin for 2012. I believe she could find thousands of supporters who would love to babysit her children, no problem. I agree she needs to be independent and organize under her own right and control. All these pandering has been RINO Republicans trying to advise her on politics should go take a hike.

Why do folks insist that Palin is making a personal political move. I believe that she sees her role presently as an advocate for energy, common sense, national security, and smaller goverment. The nation could not have a better spokesman.

You may well be right – she can advocate for these things, which are issues that are at the very core of conservatism. If her advocacy becomes a true platform, from which she can launch a candidacy, well and good.

Many here are convinced that a presidentially run is inevitable; I’m of the opinion that if it happens, naturally, as a result of her “wilderness period,” (as was the case with Churchill, then she will be the better candidate for it.

Yep, sounds paranoid, and overly simplified, but it sure looks like this: Cap & Trade, Stimulus, Health Care, all on top of the congress-instigated mortgage crisis, etc… the idea is obviously to collapse the economy under the sheer weight of these spending programs, after which the government can step in and run everything.

You doubt she can win? So what? We ran Backdoor John McCain and I knew he wouldn’t win. People keep talking about Charlie Crist or Mike Huckabee. No matter how bad the economy is, either one of those two is a sub 100 electoral blow out waiting to happen. Given the relative spineless at the leadership levels of the GOP, the last thing they’re worried about is winning. They seem to want to compromise between someone the media won’t hate too much and the base will throw money at…
The one thing Palin gives is a candidate I don’t mind losing with; McCain was an embarassment. He was like a bad stunt man, falling down before the fake punch was actually thrown.

She will run, maybe not as president, but she will be the “spoiler”.
She already has begun taking Obama apart…she has already began the national debate on energy.
Rather then trying to push through laws without debate, ramming huge spending bills down the public without reading them (so much for “transparency”).
Palin is bringing this debate to the public, where the liberals (that you support) are afraid to bring it.
You are a liar…you do not want Palin in the public exposing the fallacy of the liberal programs.
That is why you and others attack her at every turn…she is your biggest threat.
Otherwise you would embrace her public stance, and encourage her to bring forth her ideas….but you only attack her personally, not her ideas…typical liberal.

Do you ask the same question of Obama? Seems to me that Sarah Palin has a spouse, teenagers, and an extended family who are there to help at any time. Like families are supposed to be.

I have always been the main breadwinner in our family although both of us work. Are you telling me I have to stay home and take care of the kids? I would have loved to, but that’s not my reality.

Women don’t have to only be barefoot and pregnant these days.

I didn’t flog it, it only had 30 miles on it! Two days ago some old woman backed into it, driver’s side rear quarter. Estimate……7 grand!
