Since he can’t convince anyone to adopt his peculiar political views, the best he can hope for is to irritate people. You are right about reading this site for news and not for views, but the biases of the reporter always color the presentation of news.

I have detected and been irritated by the anti-Palin views of Allahpundit.

She really needs to quit using that same phrase “tap our God-given energy in our own soil blah blah send it to hungry markets”. I mean, the point is fine, but USE DIFFERENT LANGUAGE on occasion.

Taking her time would have been fine, Silent, but she also stumbled over it and looked as though she was flailing.

I’m not saying she was. I even gave what I consider a credible reason for her awkward pause. I’m just saying that a politician shouldn’t be making awkward pauses. Emphasis on the awkward.

As to reading only from blogs, I personally have no problem with that and wasn’t trying to imply that I did, only that most Americans probably do and thus wouldn’t like it if that had been her answer. We’re talking about a politician and thus someone whose power is derived from her ability to convince others to join her side, hence, public opinion matters as a practicality.

But if you think I’m full of it, then just don’t respond to me, as I’m obviously not worth your time.

And to me, you’re a yummy combination of both, you saucy courtesan.

I’m not big Bush 1 or 2 supporter but I would have to say that even though most of their decsions were wrong i felt that they made them for what they believed was the greater good. i just think they were wrong. esp on spending and growing of gov. Obama on the other hand I don’t get that feeling. What he does he does for his own reasons not the greater good IMO. Clinton was somewher ein the middle. He had his moments.

I do know I would take 10 Clintons before an Obama and a 100 palins before a Clinton

agreed about the z28….what I find different in Palin is not so much the grassroots but the way she governed AK. The way she has lived her life. From Trig and choosing life, to her strong belief in God yet her not pushing those decsions onto those she governened. Her decsion and argument for not taking the 28million in stimulus funds because it would require federal mandated building codes. etc. It is clear she is far from stupid yet the media wants to paint her that why which raises the question of why? etc.

All of those things peak my curosity and as long as she continues down that choosen path i can continue my support for her.

What probably gives all cynical political watchers doubts about Sarah is they can’t comprehend a person who really loves the United States and puts the country’s welfare above her own. She is the genuine article and a beacon of light to those of us who put country first and know it is a great nation, under God, dedicated to life, liberty and the pursuit of whatever makes you happy!

Yes, that’s about the size of it regarding continued support for any candidate.If their IDEALS mesh with a person, you’ll support that person. The ONLY thing Palin has over any other candidate from the last election, is the real possibility of of an actual grass roots movement, which somehow to the conservative dreamers in the group,like me, seem more “wholesome” than the GOP headquarters marketing “excitement”that a Mitt or Huck would get. I’m sure Palin is just a slicker form of marketing, and it’s all a facade,but I’d still buy a Z28 over a regular Camaro even if the drive train was exactly the same.

If you don’t go there how do you know what say or do? I know that they have the Aplin news up good or bad faster than almost any other site. Take the oped in the washington post. it was posted last night. hotair still has not posted it and most likely will not make a big deal out of it. (i could be wrong on that).

C4p had it up before instanpundit which says something there. a direct attack on Obama’s cap and trade from a rep leader is in a national newspaper is IMO newsworthy. A lot more newsworthy than what a CBS pool says or what Glen Beck as to say.

You can call it a fan site if you want but it has shown to be a treasure trove of actual facts about Gov. Palin. instead of the Megan McCain/Peggy Noonan type of fluff (which they also post about and link). thus giving both sides of the arguement. Of course the spin there is pro-palin however both sides are presented. Instead of mostly just negative stuff
