Slightly OT, but can we stop with the “Pelosi is 3rd in line for the presidency so God help us if anything happens to Obama” lines. While she is 3rd in line for POTUS she would only ever ascend to the presidency if Obama and Biden died or were otherwise incapacitated at the same time. She would not become vice-president if something happened to Obama and Biden became POTUS. He would get to select his own VP as did Johnson after Kennedy’s death, as did Ford after Nixon’s exit, etc. Just a quibble I know, but I kind of like the Constitution. So we should be saying “Please God, don’t let anything happen to Obama AND Biden”…whodathunk I’d ever form my lips to say that?

On HuffPo yesterday there was a column speculating that the CIA was lying about Dick Cheney’s “executive assassination ring”. OMG, some of the comments were priceless–Cheney had Pat Tillman, Paul Wellstone, etc killed. What a bunch of nutters.
