A propos of something…? Isn’t it nice to know that ersatz “conservative” radio talk-show host Michael Medved had Mr Waxman as a guest on his show this week. Medved (who likes to call WorldNetDaily, “World Nut Daily”) seemeed quite at home with Waxman, chummily addressing him as, “Henry.” If Medved is a “conservative,” why is he giving Waxman a HUGE soapbox from which to trumpet his extreme-leftist views and to come across as a “nice guy.” With “conservatives” like Medved, who needs liberals?

OT T. Boone Pickens drops plans for massive wind farm; claims that project costs $12 billion and would power up to 1 million homes. A little back of the envelope calculation says that an average $400/month electric bill times 1 million homes equals 30 years to pay off the down payment on this project (minus interest, upkeep, and profits). What’s going on here? Sounds like a Ponzi scheme gone bust early.

Billionaire investor Boone Pickens said today that he is delaying, not canceling, a $10 billion wind energy project in Texas.
The so-called Pampa project will be postponed until 2013 when Texas is expected to complete a $4.9 billion transmission line, Pickens said in Washington today. Reports by the Dallas Morning News and Associated Press on Tuesday that he was ending the project were wrong, he said.
“I didn’t cancel it,” said Pickens, 81, the chairman of Dallas-based BP Capital LLC. “Financing is tough right now so what is going to happen is it’s going to be pushed back a year or two.” Pickens spoke after a press conference to promote legislation intended to encourage the development of natural gas-powered vehicles.

The AOL Poll only proves that 11% of those taking it are fruit loops and shouldn't be allowed to vote for anything at any time. How can it be possible in the Land of the Free that anyone would think opposing a president's policy (either party, any color) decision(s) especially one that the EPA admits will have NO EFFECT on "Climate Change", be unpatriotic or "opposing America?

Interesting that you mention that. Judicial Watch currently has 15 FOIA requests over all kinds of issues of potential litigation including, but not limited to, corruption terrorist ties, influence peddling, travel junkets, improper earmarks, missing records, and preferential treatment. Some of these requests go back as far as July 2008.
