A lot can happen between 07/09 and 01/13. We can’t start counting chickens yet. If the welfare underclass continues to swell at breakneck speeds, the numbers could kill any hopes for a responsible government.

I’m not at all comparing Obama personally to Hitler when I say this, but from a strictly electoral standpoint, it’s very clear to me now just how guys like him and Chavez and whoever else get into power in the first place. Voters just lose their minds and literally get caught up in all of the excitement. They don’t think for themselves.

It was scary to witness in November (although having John McCain as a mushy alternative didn’t help a bit) and it’s scary to see now that he and Pelosi are in control.

But, the converse is what we’re seeing now…the negative. That is easily being accomplished through the massive spending and interference of business. If he chose to fight any of these spending monsters he would find many in Congress willing to side with him and prevent veto overrides. Generally presidents stop doing things or veto spending bills once they see it’s hurting the economy.

Clearly, either the President is actually the originator of much of this stuff and/or is complicit with the like-minded Marxists running Congress. That is, they’re all on the same sheet of music.

Ummm……err……uhhhhh….hope and change…..umm…annnnnnnd…..uhhhhh…..annnnnnd, uhhhh change and hope.

Let’s recap: 2 trillion debt since January 2009 (Obanomics), 9.5% unemployment and rising, trillions lost in personal wealth, nonstimulus, housing crunch still going strong, loss of respect in the world (CrockObama’s main goal), Iran bomb, Korean bomb, Honduras support of a dictator (aka meddling in foreign affairs), lack of Iranian freedom support (musn’t meddle in foreign affairs), Gitmo detainees in Europe (Germany takes ONE), Miranda rights to terrorists which CrockObama denied he would EVER do….Folks, this happened on the democrat congresses watch and under CrockObama.

I agree that with the One only getting 52% against McCain that he can be beaten and handily by the right candidate. If you look at that 52% probably 25-30% of those voted for what they thought Obama was and after 8 years of Bush just looking for a change. I guarantee many of those are now getting a bad case of buyer’s remorse. Obama will still have his uber-faithful followers and plenty of sycophants in the media but the tide is slowly turning back our direction. I don’t know how it couldn’t with the Obama/PelosiReid triumvirate mucking the country and economy up. That’s why they have been in such a big hurry to pass all these bills before people wake up and realize their future has been stolen and they have been enslaved to their socialist masters.

The hell with Ohio. They were told repeatedly, even by Obama himself, what would happen to Ohio with Obama in the White House. They voted for Obama anyway.

Just like the FDR administration did before his second term win, most the stimulus money will be spent very strategically within the swing states. Blood Red or Deep Blue states need not apply.

Thats what I think too. And the people will either be loyally gullible or will desperately “hope” “change” is around the corner by then.
