An "Executive Agreement" 'nor ANY Executive Order CANNOT 'nor MAY NOT supercede the CONSTITUTION.
It's WAY past time that the U.S. takes an Example from Honduras, Obama has at LEAST 32 MORE Constitutional violations on deck, Obama needs to go and unlike what's been done in Honduras with Zelaya, Obama needs to spend the rest of his life in a jail cell.

I have a sense of deja vu in this thread that makes this repost appropriate:

Well, I think there you have it. Obama is a “scholar” of the Constitution in the same sense that Patton was an expert on Rommel. One must know one’s enemy in order to destroy it.

Blacklake on May 4, 2009 at 4:01 PM
No joke. He has also studied how power can be leveraged in a society and is trying to effectively wrest control over centers of gravity and exploit our critical vulnerabilities in the same way warfighters operate.

“The most important task confronting campaign planners in this process is being able to identify friendly and adversary strategic centers of gravity; that is, the sources of strength, power, and resistance.”
The whole Cloward-Piven Strategy with Alinsky’s tactics is really a form of warfare with the end goal of making the Constitution moot and/or collapsing the society. So when people wonder why it seems like Obama is essentially waging a 100 Day Campaign against America from inside the White House, it’s basically because he is.

Yep. Well put. When I tell people about his real agenda and the calculating way he's going about destroying the America 90% of us know and love, they look at me like I'm from Mars. This is FACT. It's exactly what he's doing - not a cooky conspiracy theory. It's a deeply disturbing fact. This guy has to be stopped. Not sure how, but his dismantling of our country must be stopped. The people/movement who can accomplish this will be viewed by history as the most important people/group since the founding of our country.

[...] Why? How much time will be “wasted” by following the rule of law? A few weeks? I guess King Obama I believes that there will be a terribly costly month-long arms race that will produce millions and millions of nuclear arms in that time. Idiot. Ed Morrissey brings it home: Uh, pardon me, but how many seats in the Senate does Obama’s party hold? Isn’t it 60? If Obama is simply moving forward with a straightforward, supportable treaty with Russia to reduce nuclear stockpiles in an effective verification system, why couldn’t he get a quick ratification? The GOP gave George H. W. Bush enough support in 1991 to pass the original START treaty, so it’s not as if ratification would be impossibly complicated. (H/T – Hot Air) [...]

    He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;

Obama won’t let some trivial Constitution stand in his way of hopeless change.

And across the land the cries of revolution began.

More proof that this person does not have our (the American Public) best interest in anything he does, he does it to U.S. not with U.S.

I am sure the Senate (who now has Sen. Frankin to provide the humor they have been missing for years) appreciates President Obama remarks too.
