If you put Barry O and TOTUS together in a Telepod, this is what would come out the other side. Brundlefly, meet President TObama!

Disney forgot to include Obama´s teleprompter…

albill on July 3, 2009 at 3:40 PM

They gave him a flag pin!

JohnJ on July 3, 2009 at 3:41 PM

That made me ill.

keep the change on July 3, 2009 at 3:47 PM

This is a tradition that goes back 30+ years. They have one for every single US president. When I was there last Bush Jr was brand spanking new.

oddjob1138 on July 3, 2009 at 3:48 PM

I was reading about this over at Engadget, the number of people over there busting on Obama and his policies really surprised me.

I think it’s the first time I’ve seen people feel free enough to express their honest feelings about Obama at a non-political website. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

29Victor on July 3, 2009 at 3:49 PM

At one point in the show Ro-Bama gives the middle finger to Jefferson.

Cicero43 on July 3, 2009 at 3:53 PM

They gave him a flag pin!

JohnJ on July 3, 2009 at 3:41 PM

Good eye, I didn’t even notice.

That made me ill.

keep the change on July 3, 2009 at 3:47 PM

EXACTLY my sentiments.

RightWinged on July 3, 2009 at 3:59 PM

This one is different though. At the end of Obama’s speech he pissess all over the audience.

NC Cop on July 3, 2009 at 4:00 PM

Cicero43 on July 3, 2009 at 3:53 PM

ROTFLOL

29Victor on July 3, 2009 at 4:03 PM

No! Eyes must never focus straight ahead. Head must go back and forth like an oscillating sprinkler.

whitetop on July 3, 2009 at 4:03 PM

not quite as good looking as the real deal

Palin Steele on July 3, 2009 at 4:04 PM

All I can think of is the guy in the London Wax museum that pulled off Hitlers head.

Texyank on July 3, 2009 at 4:08 PM

Wow. That speech was like nothing that Obama’s ever actually said.

Tuning Spork on July 3, 2009 at 4:10 PM

I did vomit in my mouth a bit…

BUT, DAYUM. Animatronics have really come a long way. The hand movements/gestures are amazingly realistic.

KellyBomelly on July 3, 2009 at 4:11 PM

MUCH better than the real thing… at least the robo-O won’t bankrupt the country.

n0doz on July 3, 2009 at 4:16 PM

Yeah I think this one could be “my president”

jeridhill on July 3, 2009 at 4:16 PM

Here’s the biggest difference between the robot and the man.

You can turn off the robot.

Daggett on July 3, 2009 at 4:17 PM

If allahpundit is going to hump it, I’ll watch.

Blake on July 3, 2009 at 4:21 PM

Which video has the animatronic? They both look the same to me.

Wolftech on July 3, 2009 at 4:23 PM

The ‘bot’s got more personality.

One programming/technical error from the designers……… ummmmmm….. uhhhhhh…….errrrrrr.

Cheers !

Thank you Disney for reminding us what a Trojan this guy is. He enters our presidency saying he will defend our constitution and exists in our Presidency destroying our constitution.

I guess it makes sense with todays technology to change from puppet (marionette) to robot.

allrsn on July 3, 2009 at 4:36 PM

Nightmares

MyImamToldMeToDoIt on July 3, 2009 at 4:38 PM

Maybe it was the video quality, but Obama’s animatronic seemed a little bit whiter than the real thing.

BobbyDank on July 3, 2009 at 4:38 PM

They gave him a flag pin!

JohnJ on July 3, 2009 at 3:41 PM

Giving him the line about protecting and preserving the Constitution also spoiled any realism it might have had.

Have the robot talk about his five pillars as a new foundation for America, call for a new sacrificial spirit of service to Marx and Alinsky, praise the economic efficiency of fascism, etc. Now that would be realism.

econavenger on July 3, 2009 at 4:42 PM

now we wait for the Disney movie that will be following soon….

Patriot811 on July 3, 2009 at 4:48 PM

Disney forgot to include Obama´s teleprompter…

albill on July 3, 2009 at 3:40 PM

They solved that problem by having Obama finish up his speech and then start in on George Washington’s!

highhopes on July 3, 2009 at 4:53 PM

I wonder if Soros is pulling the strings on this puppet too?

jack herman on July 3, 2009 at 4:59 PM

now we wait for the Disney movie that will be following soon….

Patriot811 on July 3, 2009 at 4:48 PM

Maybe one in which Obama fights Robobama, like Godzilla fought Mecha-Godzilla.

Bigfoot on July 3, 2009 at 5:01 PM

I always thought Obama was a Robot.

Irenaeus on July 3, 2009 at 5:05 PM

Are you ready for Robobama?

Can we somehow switch them?

zmdavid on July 3, 2009 at 5:16 PM

Hooboy. I showed this to a friend, and now he wants to try out his hacked disposable-camera-EMP on it…

Although I have to wonder if anyone would really be able to tell the difference if the 0bamabot got it’s circuits scrambled!

Dark-Star on July 3, 2009 at 5:20 PM

If there’s a breakdown of that robot, DEMS will blame Bush.

Jeff from WI on July 3, 2009 at 5:36 PM

Note to self: never go to Disneyworld again.

angryed on July 3, 2009 at 5:45 PM

I’d vote for Robot Obama before I’d vote for Barak Obama.

- The Cat

MirCat on July 3, 2009 at 5:58 PM

P.S. Notice that Robot Washington moves more lifelike than the Robot Obama that moves like Obama? In other words Barak Obama is more robotic than a robotic Washington.

- The Cat

MirCat on July 3, 2009 at 6:00 PM

I wonder if Soros is pulling the strings on this puppet too?

jack herman on July 3, 2009 at 4:59 PM

My guess is that Soros, and his crew, (Rahm Immanual as helmsman),is a high ranking member of a larger group. My question is who these people are.

I would also venture to guess that Obama is a low ranking member, Lieutenant or Captain at best.

allrsn on July 3, 2009 at 6:58 PM

Are you ready for Robobama?

Who is Rob Obama? I thought his first name was Barack.

Knuckledragger on July 3, 2009 at 7:44 PM

Knuckledragger on July 3, 2009 at 7:44 PM

That would be Robo Bama

allrsn on July 3, 2009 at 8:33 PM

Can we shoot this one in the head and set it on fire without getting into to much trouble?

Think of it as an amusement ride for conservatives.

Spiritk9 on July 3, 2009 at 8:57 PM

I love American history as much as anyone, but this is schmaltzy as hell. Was anyone else hoping the Clinton robot would get into a fight with him?

Speedwagon82 on July 3, 2009 at 9:14 PM

It looks like they melded Rudy Giuliani and George W., then spray-painted it brown.

Frozen Tex on July 4, 2009 at 2:56 AM

If there was a Robo Biden it would be facing the wrong way.

hanoverfist on July 4, 2009 at 8:33 AM

Domo Allegato, Mr. Roboto!

pilamaye on July 4, 2009 at 8:47 AM

They gave him a flag pin!

JohnJ on July 3, 2009 at 3:41 PM

Yes, but it’s upside down.

regal on July 4, 2009 at 10:29 AM

He’s of darker complexion in real life. Funny that they would bring up the oath… I was waiting to see if he was going to make his mistake….

CynicalOptimist on July 4, 2009 at 10:53 AM

My guess on the complexion is that they were trying to make him look more like all those other presidents on the money bills.

CynicalOptimist on July 4, 2009 at 10:56 AM

Where’s it’s Certificate of Manufacture? It doesn’t belong there until we have proof it was built in America.

AaronGuzman on July 4, 2009 at 4:52 PM

That would be Robo Bama

allrsn on July 3, 2009 at 8:33 PM

Sadly, my talents seem to be wasted here.

Knuckledragger on July 4, 2009 at 7:33 PM

Just another Obamabot.

-Aslan’s Girl

Aslans Girl on July 4, 2009 at 11:18 PM

Does it quote Alinksy, Wright or Cone?

shick on July 5, 2009 at 1:57 AM

I used to love the Hall of Presidents, until Bill Clinton decided to turn it into the Hall of It’s All About Me! when he was stinking up the White House. Ever since then, it has lost its appeal.

pilamaye on July 5, 2009 at 10:30 AM

I like how Robobama looks over at his speech on the table at 1:23. His robot familiar can’t even give a speech without a crutch.

Spectreman on July 5, 2009 at 1:50 PM

Where’s it’s Certificate of Manufacture? It doesn’t belong there until we have proof it was built in America.

That’s funny.
