[...] Democrats are rushing this legislation through Congress, providing no time to read what is actually in the bill. And this is in addition to slipping in a three-hundred-page last-minute amendment at 3:09AM before the bill’s passage in the House. This type of behavior from Congress seems all too familiar and is getting far too common. They campaigned on bipartisanship and transparency, but once they grasped power, all promises were thrown out the window. They must act quick because they know that once America feels the effects of their control and see what is actually being done to our country, they will lose their popularity. [...]

Help me out here?
How many states have recall and how do we go about that, looks like two tea parties a week ought to get enough signatures to roust some of these BASTARDS out of office or at least run up their cost of staying in office worse. If the sob's can keep filing complaints against Palin why not use the same tactic on the dims. Hell it is only fair and forget the claim that when in office they are beyond the reach of the law. Some small town DA could make a name for him/herself and really break some of the crummy congress critters.
How about it?

We, as Americans, should do the Democratic Duty: step aside, and die with dignity. By us doing this Democratic Duty, we make room for the millions of illegals that will populate our country in the coming months, with "free" healthcare.

I, for one, believe Obama is the best president in history. I look forward to our future.

See you all at the local re-education camp.

[...] Ed Morrissey on President Obama’s poll problem: The demographics of his decline portend more bad news for Obama and his Democratic allies in Congress. Only the youngest voters support him on fiscal policy, and only barely, 52%-46%. Every other age demographic above 30 years of age has majorities now showing disapproval. Independents have begun to run away in massive numbers; they now oppose him 75%-23%, a huge break away from Obama and a sign that his supposed moderate stances have been exposed as shams. Every income level except the lowest also has majorities disapproving of his handling of the economy. Voters outside the “political class” oppose Obama 65%-33%. [...]

Just finished reading the 1849 thesis by Frederic Bastiat (1801-1850), The Law (Loi).
www.bnpublishing.com

If ever there were a subsequent genius who synthesized the philosophies up to his day as well as our own Founding Fathers, Bastiat absolutely repudiates the "Vicious Circle of Socialism" and the "Doctrine of the Democrats" (pp82-83).

America required Free Trade and capitalism PRIOR to the formulation of our government that became and remained the greatest Exceptional organization until Americans fell for the seduction of socialism to the degree that we find ourselves today.

Bastiat writes of POLITICS AND ECONOMICS (p93):

A science of economics must be developed before a science of politics can be logically formulated. Essentially, economics is the science of determining whether the interests of human beings are harmonious or antagonistic. This must be known before a science of politics can be formulated to determine the proper functions of government.

Immediately following the development of a science of economics, and of the very beginning of the formulation of science of politics, this all-important question must be answered: What is Law? What ought it to be? What is its scope; its limits? Logically, at what point do the just powers of the legislator stop? I do not hesitate to answer: Law is the common force organized to act as an obstacle to injustice. In short, law is justice.

What is Law? (pp10-11)

It is the collective organization of the individual right to lawful defense. Each of us has a natural right -from God- to defend his person, his liberty and his property. ...The law is the organization of the natural right of lawful defense. It is the substitution of a common force for individual forces. And this common force is to do only what the individual forces have a natural and lawful right to do: to protect persons, liberties, and properties; to maintain the right of each, and to cause justice to reign over us all.

The Superman Idea (p88)

The claims of these organizers of humanity raise another question which I have often asked them and which they have never answered: If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind? The organizers maintain that society, when left undirected, rushes headlong to its inevitable destruction because the instincts of the people are so perverse. The legislators claim to stop this suicidal course and to give it a saner direction. Apparently, then, the legislators and the organizers have received from heaven and intelligence and virtue that place them beyond and above mankind; if so, let them show their titles to this superiority.

They would be the shepherds over us, their sheep. Certainly such an arrangement presupposes that they are naturally superior to the rest of us. And certainly we are fully justified in demanding from the legislators and organizers proof of this natural superiority.

Maybe Obama will hire Jack Kevorkian to implement his plans.
Jack Kevorkian is a former pathologist. He is most noted for publicly championing a terminal patient's right to die via physician-assisted suicide; he claims to have assisted at least 130 patients to that end. He famously said that "dying is not a crime."

Some of us didn’t vote for the O. Some of us actually convinced other women to listen to the bulls**t the ONE was saying and not the hype. I thought he was going to be bad for the country and used what little influence I could muster to get them to see reason was better then hope n’ change. Now that the unemploment rate in OH is over 11% and closing in on 12% (although I believe it is more like 16%) they finally get the drift. Little consolation, but eyes are opening. He is a one term wonder.

I respect that you feel that way, and what you tried to do, but let's face it, if there were no women's suffrage the Democratic Party wouldn't ever be in power and their evil wouldn't be upon us.

Really? A lot of Wall St. firms appeared to be caught off guard last Sept. Some so badly they went TU almost immediately. (Lehman) What makes us think they are any smarter now?

If it does it will take 20+ years to undo two years worth of damage.

.
We must learn from the dems. All it will take is one "Too big of an emergency to read bill" to desocialize America.

I really hope this isn’t the Republican strategy for winning back 2010… Keep pointing out slipping poll numbers…

Why? Worked for the Dems in '08. There wasn't a day that went by in '08 that we weren't reminded of Bush's low approval numbers.

Have u ever noticed that closeted guys often marry spectacularly ugly women?

Just sayin’

Well, we could go off on this, but it gets you nowhere.
You are immediately condemned as a true nut-case. Why in the world would anyone question Obama's past??? You belong on the Bruno hit-list. Do not ask about birth certificate, you absolutely, conspiracy-minded flake. Don't ask about college papers or grades, you absolute racist. Do not ask about your wife's more than suspicious departure from the
ABA, where they yanked her lawyer's license, or by the way, when HIS HIGHNESS became a state senator, all of a sudden, her own income went up a sky-rocketing 200%. Do not question anything. If you do, you are on automatic-notice as some UFO spotter, with a history of close encounters of the third kind.

I do not understand the Democratic party anymore. I thought they, at least, tried to enforce the individual.
They demonstrated for human rights, free speech, power to the people. Not anymore. Mum's the word. Do not ask questions, do not condemn any other country that carries out human torture or inhumane regimines, this is their freedom, G0D DAMN IT. This what you get: I prefer pistachio ice-cream on a sugar-cone.And, the MSM eats this, less than news, up. Straight up.
