EXACTLY! That’s why the Mark Tapscott rejoinder article was such a pantywaist effort. Whining “Be nice, now” gets NOTHING from the leftists. They want us dead and gone, burned to the ground and disintegrated with lye.

But hey, they might call us “mean and selfish” if we earn just enough to pay debts, less than last year so revenue receipts decline and useless programs wither and die. Just call me “Grinch!”

She’s still emotionally scarred by the rides in the stroller as a baby with the bag over her head and the many times her family tried to ditch her on family vacations.

Monica, I’ve been unable to get .380 ammo for many moons now, though I can get 9mm just about anywhere. Just FYI, don’t want you to get stuck with something you can’t take to the range.

Yeah, you could be right, depending on where she lives. Hard to come by out west…though there is plenty of self-defense ammo in stock.

I know- I’m a professional procrastinator. I’ve been waiting for my husband to go with me. It’s a bit overwhelming. We’ve vowed to take private instruction when we buy. So little time… I’ve never handled more than a BB gun and that was shooting near birds and squirrels in my veggie garden. I just wanted to scare them. Damn watchcats are worthless.

Best trot on down to your local gun store before it’s too late, Monica. Time’s a-wastin’…and the cost of ammunition goes up daily.

I suggest a nice SigSauer 380. Compact, light, concealable. Doesn’t make a lot of fuss. And then invest in a few gun-handling courses. Don’t know if you’re married or what, but it’s always appealing when you can out-shoot your manfriends.

Bush won re-election due to a continuing terrorist threat. Voters knew they couldn’t trust Dems with national security. Period.

Believe me, even the Republican base had no great love (feelings, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, feelings…) for Bush. We just had those pesky memories of people jumping out of burning towers and somehow didn’t trust the Dems to take things quite seriously enough.

I saw him in the very first debate in Connecticutt and announced to my very skeptical family…..he’ll win.

Had Hillary’s nightmarish healthcare plan passed, government would have grown substantially. That had nothing to do with Bill and everything to do with the Republican congress. You can thank Newt and the Contract with America for the smaller government push.

We’re not supposed to be “fans” of politicians. They aren’t rock stars…they’re…employees of the people; public servants.

Americans have..or used to have…government of, by and for the people.
