To have killed him would have been to appear illegitimate, if they want to be seen as legally removing him from power.

I recently viewed a complete news story on their dance routines. This takes place in a Philipine maximum security prison and the warden is a great fan of MJ. There was also trouble in the prison so to “give the inmates sometihning positive to do”, he required all inmates to participate in dance training that lasted 4 hours each day. They perform for their families and guiests once each month. According to the story, trouble in the prison has decreased substancially since this program started; I believe about 4 years ago.

I’d tend to believe that as most dancers are a bit light in the loafers so about the only arguments would be on outfits and whether the color of their cell clashes with the bars.

Depends upon the severity. In Obama’s case I think the cliff analogy might be better, indicating the straightest possible course downward; freefall.

I’m starting to think they should have Zelaya when they had the chance this morning. No more Zelaya no more problem. These are cults of personality cutting off the head kills the snake.

The firestorm would have been the same but it would have denied the leftists an important piece on the chessboard.

Now all the leftists like Obama and Chavez have a rallying point and a goal which is to put Zelaya back in power.

Aptly put. Without the stabilizing influence of a strong US, the worlds tyrants will take advantage. First a few, taking small actions here and there, then as more crises develop, along with the perception that a weak president is overwhelmed and unable to cope, the problems will only continue to cascade. I’m not a big Bush fan, but he did bring a degree of stability to the world for several years, so all of the tyrants that have had their ambition pent up for all that time will likely come out of the woodwork, exacerbating the problem further.

Just heard parts of speech Chavez gave in spanish where he said that if the new Honduran government is “sworn in” there is “a defacto state of war” between Venezuela and Honduras requiring “military force by Venezuela against Honduras”

Man, I don’t see how Obama can benefit from a crisis that then leads to war, where Venezuela is seen as picking on a smaller country, for whatever reason, and then lets them get away with it. Very bad for us, and Honduras, but also very bad for his agenda and his polling…

Then again, I’m looking at this from an American perspective and not from Obama’s (whatever that is).
