I would be except for one thing, the basis of this guys suit is that the constitution establishes that the congress must determine the eligibility of a president elect based on certain criteria. One of which is that he must prove that he is a naturally born American. BHO has failed to do that. And refuses to this day to provide that documentation. Congress did not do what the constitution commands them to do. Thus the basis for the suit.
